I can’t imagine shownu being angry tbh, he just always looks so satisfied and happy with life, that’s the kind of person I aspire to be
TBH I thought Wonho was more like the leader of Monsta X than Shownu...at first. Then I realised it's because Shownu is an earth-type leader. You don't really notice the earth you stand on, but if it disappeared, you would be in a lot of trouble. Because the earth exists, it provides a stable place for you to run and do your favourite things. Shownu is like that. His leadership is not flashy and he's very humble, so sometimes you don't even notice it. But it provides a safe foundation for the rest of the team to flourish. I think one of the reasons that Monsta X seems to be one of the kindest, most well-behaved kpop groups (and Monbebe also seems to be a very warm and calm fandom) is probably because of Shownu's quiet influence.
He make sure everyone got the highlight and no member being forgotten or being abadon by a camera, see how Shownu is a GREAT LEADER

A new monbebe here, i need to say that i never see a leader that is so calm as shownu..this yr marked a decade i am a kpop fan but seriously there is no leader like shownu..his members dont take granted over his calmnes by behaving out of control, being an ignorant, getting angry out of sudden there is no such things in monsta x..even the maknae I.M behaves very well & he knows what kind of jokes that appropriate to do w the hyungs & he never crosses the line... Even tho he easily could be very dominant or overpowering (he is strong, in charge & very talented gifted) he is in no way aggressive or pushy (he even despites violence) this is such nice attribute in such a manly man as Shownu, he is very kind hearted, caring & got no greed for attention father more he wants his members & the whole group to shine & even tho very talented he never brags about himself. He is so reliable like a rock in a storm, this man´s heart is so selfless & beautiful. this my first time to admit it but its true; Shownu is really one of the best leader (even unbiased).
