I've been watching the 1000 budget van build this whole week and didn't even realize you made another vid! I've gotten into van making and enjoy these videos. Thank you
Amazing what you can do in an hour 😂 (great edit 👍) I’ve been watching for a good while,it was the connect that got me hooked 👍 The changes you have made in this van, from what it started out with to what you have now has been great to watch and what a van it has become, well done you for your hard work, Now it’s time to go and enjoy your build 👍 Well done getting 50k subs 🎉 Atb John 🏴
You can set up 800W charging from the car battery with an ecoflow alternator to an ecoflow battery. Then expand the battery capacity with any other standard battery. Easier and more reliable than solar (as long as you are driving each day). If you plan to live in the van, solar is a good backup but will never be entirely enough for everything. Cooking with butane gas would relieve a lot of electrical needs and using a desiccant dehumidifier acts as a way to negate rust and heat the van efficiently. In harsh winters, diesel heaters are a must (which is what he installed in his "full electric" build)
what made you choose a slightly higher end VW model over some other vans, curious about starting my own project and looking around on cheap options, transits seem to be going for absolutely nothing seemingly but i dont know anything at all about mechanics and maintenance of it all or how reliable each model is or any advantages of each brand van. i wouldnt be travelling much anyway i just want to figure out a place to start.
Very smart. It’s given me a lot of ideas for my van. Thanks for that.
Love the videos, cant wait to start my own project next year. You the man!👾

I do alot of millage. 45k per year. Only 2 vans reliably can do 300k . This and a sprinter. This is slightly wider then a sprinter
where would we go for a full bbuild? or should i get a van and ask someone?
