What bait would you recommend for smallmouth in low visibility water and at what depth/reel speed would you fish it

If I was fishing a creek or pond with dirty water a dark color ned rig,green cricket hopper from rebel or a white swim bait on a weighted weedless rig. I’m no professional but that’s what has worked for me
