The Garden Joy Weed Trimmer changed my opinions of battery grass trimmer and cordless trimmer for our lawn care. The weed eater with blades is much easier than string weed eater. The battery-powered weedeater worked well. Check it out here www.5startool.com/gardenjoy-1... - 10% off code: diyonthehouse

Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I’m a single woman that’s intimidated by yard tools. This is a blessing to me. Please keep these videos coming for us ladies
You are so welcome!
I'm a single woman just bought my first home really like that video
Fantastic!!
Glad I found this video because I’m definitely a beginner at this type of thing smh 🤦♀️
Glad it was helpful! Kara loves this trimmer!
Pwidi po ba ako umordir Ng battery yan grass trimmer ,( ,12 volt ) magkano po ang isa
I laughed when you slapped that bug so fast. Thank you so much for this video! I’m looking for a small weed eater that I can handle as a short lady.
I love mine!!
Great video of how to put it together and use it.
Glad it was helpful!
So tired of my string weed eater!!!! Thank you for this.
👍
Thanks! I have a townhome & the HOA does a lousy job of keeping the retention pond trimmed. I bought this for trimming the small section of pond in my area & did not want to monkey around with a string trimmer (which I gave away when I sold my home). This battery operated version is easy for an older woman to use & very simple to assemble using your video rather than written instructions.
That's great! Ours is still going strong.
I just bought mine on marketplace. I like it so far. I did have a lot more trouble putting it together than any of the videos I watched. The handle was a big problem. I only tried it about 10 minutes. I love that it is so lightweight.
Great - I use mine all of the time!! I would definitely order replacement blades. One time I wasn't tightening the blades down enough and broke 3 in a row. Now, I make sure the blade is tight.
Great Detailed Assembly Tutorial, Demonstration & Review Video🌷 Thanks for Sharing 🌷
Thanks for watching
Awesome small cordless trimmer ! Highly recommend!!!!
This is an awesome small lightweight trimmer for small yard/garden areas. Easy to use and not having to fuss with string lines is the best part. Power is strong for routine maintenance. Highly recommend it. Can’t find anything wrong with it. For the size and price - and the fact that you can make it short or tall, is pretty awesome. , and battery lasts long too. !!! 👍🏼👍🏼
Totally agree!
That why I won't buy my garden big cut it quick hope works I've order one
Thank you! So helpful, and I appreciate your taking the time to do this!
Glad it was helpful!
I just bought this one off of Amazon and I get it tomorrow. Not high on the reviews but I got it anyways because it was cheap and said next day delivery. Ran to RUclips since a few of the reviews said the instructions weren't clear and this was helpful. Hope I get good use out of it. Thank you
Hope you enjoy it!
@DIYOnTheHouse actually I did. The video was a lot of help putting it together because the instructions were not so clear to me, and the pictures were too light I couldn't quite see them. My vision sucks, so that didn't help either. But I liked it. Did the job quiet well too. I used the plastic blades and hit part of the rocks on the edge a few times, and even though it took off the tip of the blade, it was still working well. Thanks for posting the video
2024 and this is in my Amazon cart. hopefully it will work well for me too.
👍
Hello, I gave this video a thumbs up. Thank you for this video. May I please ask how many square feet is your yard and how long did it take? Thanks in advance :)
Our yard is 50'x50'. I only trim the edges, and it takes maybe 10 - 15 minutes each time. I do it often, because the trimmer is never out of weed eater line!!
Thanks ive order mines love how dont need string my garden big so this be brilliant if it works mines comes tomorrow
I still use mine all of the time!! Hope you enjoy yours!
@@DIYOnTheHouse thanks was brilliant
I would love a video on how to convert an electric string weed wacker to on with a blade. The auto feed on mine doesn't work and I hate having to continue to take it apart to extend the string. Also, a metal blade seems much more sustainable.
Ohh, that would be good. I think a metal blade turning at that speed may be too dangerous - I am shocked at how well this trimmer worked!
Thank you ❤️
You’re welcome 😊
She still like it
We still LOVE it!! Use it all of the time!
I just got mine in the mail. For some reason, I’m struggling with putting the darn handle on! The screws don’t catch enough to keep the handle together. I tried it without the magnetic tube and it was too loose on the handle. Do I need to get a clamp to get this together? Good grief!
Were you ever able to win the battle and get the handle on??
I just got mines, and I can't get the socket off to put the safety guard on. I'm noticing on every video everyone's socket is already off. Mine was delivered already attached. How do you get it off?,,🧐
Not sure?
Pero como le hago para retirar la batería y poderla recargar de nuevo?
Empuje las pestañas en el costado de la batería y retírela.
How did it do on thicker weeds
You have to take a little more time at it.
I need a lithium battery for the Dril Pro small weed eater. Help!
You may need to get a hold of the manufacturer.
After one yr.of using, its still working?
Yep, still at it. It does go through the blades, but they are cheap enough.
What is the name and where do I buy it?

as soon as you get to close to something solid that blade will break. Talk about a gimmick. But people will fall for it as they always do.
I probably change the blade 2-3 times per season. I have used this for over 4 seasons and still love it!!
Так в наклон стоять, тяжело, без спины останетесь
🙂
Sorry guys its a toy
Thats what I thought, I was wrong . My wife has been using it twice a week and it works good! And the blades are a no brainer to replace.

This seems like a toy... NOPE!
Yes, it is a GREAT toy that I love trimming our backyard with for the past few years!
😂
Sorry, but it’s operation doesn’t look like it’s a real trimmer
I does work. My wife has been using it for a year and is able to change the blades without issue.
The Video is fine --- the trimmer is ---well needless to say ---A FLOP-- Just my opinion...
We use it weekly during the growing season and have since the video was made and have had no issues.
