Dear Sir, in my deaerator the temperature exceeds 105 degrees celsius and goes up to 120 degrees celsius. At a temperature of 120 degrees, does the same separation of oxygen from water take place and does such a high temperature harm the system?
What does an inspection opening on a large feeder tank typically look like? Is it above the water level? Or does the tank have to be drained to allow the inspection opening to be opened? Also how is it opened for example, is it bolted shut?
## The process through which the dissolved gases are removed from water is called the “Deaeration Process”. The equipment, which is used in this method, is called “Deaerator“. # Why do we use deaerators?… The Deaerator (DA) tank uses steam to preheat boiler feedwater to a temp. at which dissolved O2 & CO2 will become separated from the feedwater before it is pumped to the boiler. The purpose is to protect the boiler and steam/condensate piping from corrosion that would be present when the water evaporates into steam. An additional benefit is that the number of chemicals used to treat the boiler water can be reduced. #water #watertreatment #saftey #boilers #explotion #hazard #plant #construction #construction techproces.com/deaeration-process/

Could someone describes this process shown in video with mention the units of deaerator?
Will there be no water hammer inside the horizontal steam pipe inside the deaerator?
Very well done.
Thank you

Narration would help this video out alot more.
thanks for sharing, and good animation
Brilliant work. Explanation is great. Can you possibly do a video on deaerators in a paper mill?
Like very nice 👍👍🙏
What happened if the bleed valve is closed?
Simply superb.

what "chemical" is being added to facilitate the deoxygenation?
Hydrazine.Chemical formula NH2 and this is , I think, the chemical reaction 2(NH2)+O2=2(H2O)+N2.
cool, makes sense, thanks mate!
Avion Studios sulfate is added at last on dearator part
Modern technology, we eliminate hydrazine and other oxygen scavenger as minimal oxygen is required for passivation.
Na2CO3

What program use to create the deaerator vid
We work on Autodesk Maya software for 3D modeling
Give clean explain about this
Nice
If explanation is provided it may much better...
