Your channel has always been interesting to me regarding the content covered on Mandarin Chinese.
Generally, what you interpret in terms of Mandarin comprehension is correct, but since you're from a totally different culture, I'm saying that there are certain language points where your interpretation of the language kind of misses the essence, but ends up applicable still.
You've done a great job discovering Mandarin in-depth through the lens of the English perspective, but to understand Mandarin as it is, it would require you to take it from the Mandarin perspective, not the English one, culturally speaking - and this is where it gets tricky as you probably didn't grow up within the heart of Chinese culture, being imbued with it since day one, so it's understandable.
In particular, your mention of 有的是 is not exactly "have plenty of" but rather 有的 is a shortened form of 有的东西 or 有的事[请]wherein 东西/事情 has been omitted.
Therefore, the complete structure should look like this:
    Subject + 有的[东西/事情]+ 是.
It means 有的 and 是 are not idiomatically fixed together by default to mean "have plenty of", but rather it's literally "what's available is".
Now combine it with a subject as in a sentence you have, for example: 我们有的是时间 (literally: *What we have*---is time)
Here in Mandarin the line "What we have is time" is roughly understood as "We have nothing but time" or "Time is what we have most". So yeah eventually it equates to "have plenty of time" as per your explanation but you didn't quite nail its essence.
This use of 的 is not with just 有 but it goes with any other verbs and/or phrases.
例如:说的 (what is said),做的 (what is done),写的 (what is written),等等。
Here you can see 的 is more like "what", and with a verb before it, it means "something" that is modified by an action initiated by a subject (person/thing).
    例如:
    A:你不会能通过考试啦。
    B:为啥呢
    A :[我]说的[事情]就是你太懒了,你学力不好,每天下课后也没有复习知识。你看,要是一直这样的,你怎么会能通过考试吗?
说的就是 just means "what I'm saying" or "what I wanna say"

My English level is between B1 and B2. I am looking for friends who are learning Chinese to communicate with. I can help you improve your Chinese, and you can help me correct my grammar mistakes and pronunciation issues. I work as a TikTok BD. My biggest hobby is fitness, followed by badminton and watching American movies. As for games, I play a bit of CS:GO.

I have one question coming from the thinking as to how chinese people experience learning chinese , spoken and written, not having this translation into the word of english which settls all colours of rich meaning inside the symbols of the world into a single word which then is being used for the translation. Do chinese people when talking have quick awareness running through a head of all the richness of symbols inside those words. In my hsk 3 level that i do i am very slow in forming a sentence but i try not to lose all those nuances …. what is your perspective on it , please. Thank you.

I have a question for you. I am learning at the moment arabic. To reach my desired B2 fluency level might take me another 8 Month. Since I have decided to learn Mandarin after that, I thought to start 'easying into it` already. I am thinking to buy your pronounciation mastery course and try to get used to the mandarin wordflow and pronounciation for the next eight month.
Do you think this is a good idea? Or would you suggest something else? I also have accsses to the Pimsleur mandarin courses.
    Thank you for your time.

Far be it from me to say this, but if you wanted to fix the broken mandarin system pynyin isn't perfect for english speakers to begin with. Because trying to keep the tones and the correct pronounceations of the letters is brutal for learners from the get go. It took me forever to see Zhen and say Jen don't get me started with cui or many other differences in english. Retraining my brain to see one thing and say another way too much time consuming. Imo phonetically spelling and characters would save time improve pronounceations and get you to knowing characters quicker and easier, but that's just me. And even "if" someone can't understand you ming bai😊 you. Because even if you don't understand the dialect the characters are the same or at least close. And like I said that's just me.

Thank you for sharing your perspective! While pinyin can be challenging at first, it serves as a helpful tool for building a foundation in tones and pronunciation. Mastering pinyin early on gives learners an advantage in understanding how Mandarin sounds work, making it easier to learn characters and achieve overall fluency.
In our course, we take a strategic approach to teaching pronunciation, breaking it down into manageable steps. This method has helped many learners find pinyin much easier to grasp and use effectively in their Mandarin journey.
