Hi, great video. One question if we don’t use the Vault do our emails from our clients get deleted after a couple years if we don’t delete them from our Gmail and do all our a google Drive folder that we have set up for our clients also get deleted? thanks!

It would be kind of shocking if you really not only accessed her emails without letting her know (as you said) but also showed them in a RUclips Video. To be honest, I don‘t know the privacy and data protection laws and policies in AUS, but over here in Europe it would even be illegal to access your employees‘ business emails without a really good reason (suspected law or contract violations).

Great question, I’m not sure. You would be best to assume that any thing in Google workspace is saved into vault

So that means admin will be able to see all my files storing in my google drive
Always assume your employer can see all your work mails 😂

I believe it does

Something to keep in mind is the longer you keep data, the higher the risk is for your company.
