- Join me as I set out for another weekend adventure exploring along the far west side of the Olympic Peninsula with David from Off The Grind. Our goal was simple, explore as many forest roads as we could while finding a new place to call home each night.

Killer camera work as usual 🙌
Looks like you found some great sites right on the water!
Thank you very much, appreciate it! 👍
The Peninsula is such a great place to visit, so much to explore year-round!
Love seeing your channel grow. You do such a great job!
Thank you very much! Slowly but surely seeing our community grow, very humbling!
I recognize more than a couple roads on this one. It's only been in the last couple years that I finally got around to exploring the ONP and surrounding beautiful areas and I've lived in Washington my entire life lol. Awesome video as usual man!
There simply so much to explore here in the PNW, could spend every weekend for several years and still not witness it all! Appreciate the support, thank you!
Beautiful scenery
Thank you! 😊
Excellent. You guys were the envy of many of us. Thanks.
Appreciate the support, thank you!
I love the map inserts. Please do more of those.
Will do!
Best one yet 👏👏
Thank you very much!
Another great video. Loved it!

Great video and views as always! Much love from Texas!
Sincerely appreciate the support, thank you!
Retired Coast Guard, 22 yrs on the Washington/Oregon coast (obviously 101) really cool to see you visiting some of our old haunts! Nice shot of Destruction Island Light!
101 is full of awesome sites to check out, I'm sure with your career you know of many places even far beyond the beaten path! Appreciate the support!
Love seeing my home state, it’s so beautiful. We are so lucky to be here! Your Tacoma’s are set up supper nice. Can’t wait to take delivery some time this week. It’s gonn be fun to set up. Keep those cameras rolling.🙂
Absolutely love the PNW, so much to witness and explore! Appreciate the support and have fun building out the rig, it's a never ending process 😉 👍
Nice one Michael 👍
Thanks James!! 👊
wow wow wow wow wow wow
Thank you! 😊
PNW is the best. You capture the beauty so well!
not much sunshine though in video
Thank you very much! Absolutely love our landscape here!
I'll work on capturing more sunny days for the next trip 😉
I need to meet up with you guys to find all these cool spots. Looks amazing!
With the recent setup of Patreon, I provide site coordinates for those interested 😉 👍 www.patreon.com/ConquestOverland
I really enjoy your videos, I live in Tacoma and play with my Taco in the same areas you do!
How may GFC brackets did you use to mount your Batwing Awning?
Also, your intro music ROCKS!
Thank you so much for the support! Awesome to meet another local here in WA!
I used two brackets and have not had any issues. 👍
great camera work as dirt lifestyle said. I am envious.
we have a 50 foot boat in Tacoma, barely know how to operate it, and have no recordings of us teaching ourselves.
i also own a 4x4 cargo van and a 4x4 superduty. that's why im here. also ive built a unimog and a hilux. I cant even take a selfie.
love the coleman propane stove, i have 3 but my original childhood unit still operates like new
Learning the camera was definitely all trial and error as time went on. You'll slowly get the hang of it but many of the very early episodes were all done solely on my phone! 😆
Sounds like you have quite the outfit of rigs, great to hear! Have fun out there!
New subscriber. Great video especially since we are back in lockdown in Australia. Thanks!
from what we heard it is totally insane down under
@@MyAlexWest Sydney is going nuts. They have gone from 0 cases to 1230 per day in six weeks. In our state (Victoria), we had 90 today. Other states have very low numbers. Hopefully we open up again soon so we can go camping.
Appreciate the support, thank you! Hope you are doing well over there, stay healthy and safe. Cheers!
Yummmm
Many great meals to be had on this one! 😉
I really enjoyed your video. Watched it on my lunch break at work. Made the rest of my day much better. What an inspiration to get back out on the less taken paths in the Olympics. We just went from the Skokomish Valley to Humptulips via Wynoochee lake on Forest service roads a couple of weeks ago. This was our first time with off-roading any distance in the Olympics even though we live really close to them. It was great fun. Next time I think we will combine that with camping.
Damn brother, i live in Oregon and would love to hang out sometime. Cool video man, cheers
Appreciate the support! One of these days we plan to venture that direction!
Great video as always man! Your story telling ability through film is amazing! Almost as amazing as your ability to get others to cook for you lol! Looking forward to the next trip
One of the many talents, letting others showcase theirs.... for cooking... 😆 Appreciate it though man, looking forward to the next trip!
🌊💯🤙
Appreciate it! 👊
loves all your videos, I'm looking into do the same things with my kids, What GPS are you using to find all the trials? Thanks :)
Great video as usual great content like that you are using Stanley Products that is a Washington based company in Seattle they have life time warranty on all of their products and that means every part of a cup or a container I have one of the travel cups French press and one time I was walking in the kitchen dropped a container broke the cap told them what happened and they sent me a new one at no charge great company
Thank you for the support! Love all Stanley products, they have held up extremely well from all the use and abuse I've put them through. Glad to hear they took care of you as well!
Time to add a tenkara rod to you outfit 😉
I agree, it's time! 😉
Where is that creek spot located where you guys set up camp?
Nf roads are closed all the time in ONP ! Can someone please reach out to the forest service ?
Which model of drone do you use for your cinematic shots? I know it's gotta be DJI, but which model?
It's the DJI Mavic Air 2, has worked very well for me thus far!
What are you using for your portable water setup?
Just a 5 gallon jerry that sit inside the truck when needed 👍
Hi Micheal! Thank you for another great video.
If I may ask, what do you use for a water container? Did you put the brass fitting on yourself? We are looking for a water container to carry.
Thank you!
Happy camping! 🏕
I believe it’s front runner who makes that. I may be wrong.
Appreciate the support, thank you!
The water container is from Front Runner with the upgraded brass tap, highly recommend it!
You are correct! 👍
Thank you!
in america you are all so lucky that you have more possibilities for wild camping. Everything is forbidden in Germany :(
anyway nice to watch your videos😀
Hopefully some future trips will allow you to venture here and experience the endless opportunities of landscapes here! Thank you for your support!
Hello from WA, too! I am from federal way. I am pretty green at overland Adventures. I have my dream 4runner and am currently outfitting.
How do you find the best places to explore to?
Hello hello! Awesome to meet other local here in WA! Congrats on the 4Runner, building the rig is a never ended yet very fun process. 😉
I use a mix of Gaia GPS, Google Earth, TrailsOffroad, and every now and then iOverlander.
First!
Bonus points for you! 😉👍
very nice.
still need to bring some babes and children.
it is weird to see only men.
Next time 😉
