@@koosvaneijck In some modern games 6 cores without threads its the bottleneck (especially at minimum fps 1%/0.1%.) . Intel i5 8400 Singlecore muscle is good enough, but it doesn't have extra threads (Thanks to Intel that those i5 8400/8500/9400/9400F do not have Threads). * Now, If someone did not want to change the platform for a few more years and has a CPU like that i5 8400, that is, a 4 Cores/Threads like the i7 6700/7700/Ryzen 3 3100/3300X/4100/4300G, even like an i7 4770/4790, your best option is to buy an RX 6600-8GB (if the price is good, then the RX 6650XT-8GB) or the nvidia RTX 3060-12GB/RTX 4060-8GB (each person's tastes and budgets). * You do that or buy a used GPU more or less with those performances (RTX 2000, RX 5000).
@@MaheshKumar-nt7fz ....I have not said that an i7 4770/4790 will bring out all the potential of an RX 6650XT, RX 7600 or an RTX 4060 (not even an RX 6600 or an RTX 3060). What I have said is that those who have a PCGamer with that type of CPUs AND THEY DO NOT WANT/CANNOT change the components for a few more years, they would have as an option to take into account (speaking of new, unused GPUs) GPUs like the RX 6600, the RTX 3060, the RX 6650XT ( if the price was right) and the RTX 4060 itself (if you are a VERY FAN of nvidia and want the most recent series). Furthermore, you understand that "The Gamer not only lives from CPU-Demanding Games, but also from GPU-Demanding Games." * Obviously I am not recommending the combination of those GPUs with those CPUs for those looking to play "Squirt hundred fps" in a sustained manner. it is simply (IMO) not a good idea to "Self-Limit" yourself in power, technologies and even in the amount of Vram (depending on the case); That is, if someone has the option of buying a used GPU with only 6GB Vram type GTX 1660ti, 1660 Super, RX 5600XT or an RTX 2060-6GB, then it would not hurt to look at an RX 6600-8GB, RTX 3060-12GB, even the RX 6650XT, RTX 4060, everything will depend on the price, the objective/goal and what each person tolerates. - "yeah it will bottleneck a little bit but it's ok I will cap the fps at 60 and use optimised settings". * That also applies to the i7 4770/4790. ruclips.net/video/z4bNNBVxGFc/видео.html ruclips.net/video/3KQQJVowvNk/видео.html .

there are bottlenecks on behalf of the cpu because its weaker, you'll be fine with the 5500 though
