Wow! So many sour grapes. I also live in the penthouse， which is bigger than this one, but not so beautiful. If the seller sells this house and buy a landed house, have to think twice AS WELL. I TOO, HAD lived in landed house before. You may never enjoy strong natural wind again，your neighbours can see everything clearly. Parking problems，Also, CNA News recently reported “Residents in landed estates at higher risk of getting dengue as cases remain high”. (One of Singapore’s ministers suffered from dengue fever three times)
@@bsolutions525 Most agents would want a quick sale than a prolong one. 1% comm for 3.8m vs 3.0m is just a $8k difference. If a agent can transact at $3mil within a month, he would gladly take it. So, I guess most probably it is the owner's price range and they just put it at the upper end for prospective buyer to negotiate down.
