I've been looking for a recipe for "nut cakes" for months as i had some in barbados on vacation and they were soooooooooo good. The ingredient were just nuts, sugar and ginger. I need them bcos I find myself CRAVING them

Yep, good idea to rinse the salted peanuts off before add to mixture to make peanut drops.
