Very easy to follow recipe, we used to eat it back home when I was little, sadly we can't have peanuts anymore but I can definitely try this with some other nuts.
I dont recall peanut cake having nutmeg, cinnamon or vanilla, so I hope it doesn't change taste to much, I really love a strong peanut, ginger, brown sugar combo. Thanks for recipe...
Omg plsssss is there a nice way to make these with raw nuts? That are nice and chewy and the sugar kinda of melts in your mouth? I've been looking for a recipe for "nut cakes" for months as i had some in barbados on vacation and they were soooooooooo good. The ingredient were just nuts, sugar and ginger. I need them bcos I find myself CRAVING them

From your recipe I see that you mention using 2 bowls of peanuts. How many cups does that amount to?
