The softest fluffiest buttery coco bread recipe. #cocobread Coco bread recipe 5 cups of bread flour (or Ap flour) 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbs sugar 1 1/2 cup warm coconut milk (not hot,Not cold) 1 packet & 1 tsp (active dry yeast (1 packet is equivalent to 2 1/4 tsp) 1 tbs sugar for the yeast 1 egg (optional) 1 stick & 2 tbs butter (soft / room temp) 1 tbs oil to grease the dough
