Thank you Tracy, also for letting me know the word for „Stiefmütterchen“ - the German expression is a bit more complicated…. I am happy that you like the journal, laces and ruffles are just my cup of tea, take care
Hi Pat, great that you like it. I have just put her on the scale and she weighs 2.2 pounds, well she is a well fed lady, have a good day and take care my dear
Did you see the pages together? Id love to do something like this for my granddaughters and mom but I have no idea how to start❤ your journals are beautiful
Thank you for your kind words. I usually start with the cover which gives a trend for the main colors and the overall direction of the journal. And then I start looking through my material, buying what I think would by nice and just go from there and let the journal grow. Just get started and do not overthink is my advice. Martina
I think it is just called a SNAP - a metal 2-part snap that has 4 holes on each piece for sewing it in. They come in various sizes and colors. Found in fabric and sewing shops, and craft stores. 😊
Hi Martina, Another beautiful journal. ❣ ❣ ❣
Thank you, it was so much fun to make it, love to construct the different layers. 🤗

Martina, so pretty! The flowers are pansies in English. Love all of the lace and coffee dyed papers.

Is the “push button” the same as a sewn-in, two-part snap? 🤍
STUNNING journal ! Absolutely lovely! Thank you for sharing this beauty with us!
Thank you so much, I was so happy when the journal was complete, I loved doing it
Yes, this is what I meant to say with „push button“. What is the correct term, I was googling the English translation for the German word 😧

Oh great and thank you, this is easy to remember and I will use it whenever there is another snap. Take care Martina
