Utahna Baxter's 3rd Degree Black Belt Test

This is what we call the "technique" portion of my 3rd degree black belt test at Ernie Reyes' West Coast Tae Kwon Do. This is at the West Coast Santa Clara school on May 1st, 1998. I was 12 years old. During the technique part of the test, we're graded on all of our 2nd degree curriculum. My partner was Angela Garcia. Sorry for the random cuts...my mom borrowed someone's video camera and this was probably one of the first times she'd ever used one!
