My codex says I have 11/11 on Glacial aspect, but when I put it on a staff it shows only 5,146 [3,676-5,146] damage. Anybody else run into this problem? Maybe the codex is wrong and I need to keep an eye out for a higher roll still?
It ended up just being because I had a wand and focus equipped, so the text on the staff was showing lower than the actual value. I equipped the staff and it shows the expected value now 👍🏼
Bro, you never fail to deliver man!! Very nutty stuff, very cool! Is the talrash and Uber ring better than two rings that have crit chance, crit and attk speed? Currently when I evade I get 97.7 or 97.3 (can’t remember I’m using an off hand it’s from my FO build) crit strike chance and my crit is at 910% or so …. I don’t have the attk speed but think I have some rings that can give it to me. Instead of attk speed I have dex on one and int on the other. Thanks in advance for the input man you’re awesome!!
Apperantly some vuln effects like icefall and frigid fate are bugged, maybe something like icy touch too. Not sure about crit multipliers like devouring blaze. Maybe ask mekuna or northwar how exactly they are bugged.
Somehow I go over armor cap with worse armor rolls on my chest (including the temper) than you and only 2 skulls in my jewelry. Also am using the paragon board in your planner and have no armor rolls on other pieces.

You need exactly perfect attack speed breakpoints and cooldown for perma uptime on shield. Plus yes its boring af

50% radius from ice spikes is necessary. you don't get the deep freeze bonus but radius is always there.
Why did you take lucky hit shadow damage on weapon? is it best option for blizzard?
