A pretty great term, I'd say. Population increase of over 30,0000, pollution stayed down, got that airport and expo in there, and things are set nicely for the next mayor to continue growing and prospering.
..Except for the after-save state stuff, the sort of alternate timeline wherein the city is destroyed. Remains to be seen if lavalarva will try to salvage the city and continue both timelines.
