"someone is always watching". his grandma said this about the gods, and even if kita ceased to care at one point it still rings true. because while he doesn't care about the results and just likes his routine, someone is always watching him so he did get rewarded for his hard work. the cut scene of kita working hard and one of the teachers (?) observing him is a representation of it. lmao another comment of me fangirling over haikyuu's writing

I love how Furudate wrote Shinsuke's character...you literally go from being apprehensive of him to INSTANTLY adopting him less than 5 minutes after meeting him. He's such a fantastically wholesome and deep character, and has some of the best lines in Haikyuu IMO

IMO This is when the season goes from good to fricking brilliant in terms pacing, character development, thematic themes, and overall story. This final set is why this is my second favorite season of haikyuu (it might eventually become my first). The payoffs will come in full force, and I will get emotional multiple times XD.
Many people like S3 the best, but I like S4 better. The character development is much better. The back stories are so good. Hinata's payoff is so satisfying. And yes, the final set is amazing.

I don't remember when/where it was said, but I'm pretty sure (I think it was somewhere in the manga) Tsukki/someone else said Suna was one of the best MB at Nationals. It's not just cause his game sense is on point, but also because he's nearly impossible to block. Tsukki did manipulate him at some points BUT not once was he actually blocked the entire game. If you can't tell I'm very passionate about Sunarin (my 2nd fav character) 🤣🤣

Nah, blockers usually get irritated by people getting around them nonstop and start trying to catch him, like moving their arms at the last second to cut him off and stuff. That messes with the whole defense. But Tsukishima doesn't bite in people's bait. He's convinced that blocking is a system that interlocks with the floor defense.
