No, thank you for choosing to hang out with us! Time flies by when recording these videos and we can’t wait to get to a point where we can commit full time to just creating here on RUclips. More videos coming up, much love! - Caley
Absolutely! I still tear up watching some of these scenes, and honestly the way that Cali and Gab break the scenes down makes me attach even more emotion to them.
"That what's crazy about death, sometimes it's not getting to say goodbye". This was so beautifully said, and it hit really close to home. Thank you both.
Nargles are something that Luna's father invented because the students themselves hid things from her but her father didn't want her to be sad about it.
@@tophernates Just a small addition. Some people believe nargles to be extinct while others believe that they are non-existent which would feed into "Luna's father making them up" idea.
@@StrangeLeader Luna's dad wasn't the type to 'make things up'. He took interest in things that others ignore or forget about. That eventually become legends/myths, or very niche interest at best
MENTALLY GONE DONT EVER APOLOGIZE FOR HOW THIS EXPERIENCE MAKES YOU FEEL. IT IS A GIFT TO CARE DONT LET ANYONE ELSE TELL YOU OTHERWISE. THANK YOU BOTH FOR BEING RAW AND REAL. YOUR NOT ALONE.
1:12:16 I absolutely love that Gabriella empathizes so much for Harry’s suffering. Her “oh Harry” remark at the start of the duel is another example of her amazing emotional intelligence. She brought me to tears here as well. She truly gets it, especially when Harry’s friends see him writhing in pain. The kid cannot catch a break 😭
Both of your stories were so incredible to hear and show how different traumas can all relate back to eachother with this feeling of empathy for these traumas that Harry experiences. I have a severe anxiety around dying ever since my little fur soul passed in my arms a few years ago. Experiencing loss and trauma like that really does change you.
My furbaby died in my arms too and it took me a couple of years to realize how much trauma it actually instilled in me, i’ve always been an anxious person but after that it became deliberating and i didn’t even make the connection for some reason
You both are quickly jumping towards the top of my favorite reaction channels. Not only are the reactions balanced between entertaining and smart, but the fact you can have a 4 hour post watch conversation about these films is a testament to the fact you actually care about what you're watching and you don't forget it 5 minutes after like some lesser channels. Bravo!
@@aj897 That's the silliest response I've ever heard. If they want to impress people, fine, that's their prerogative, heck that's the goal, but it sure does beat "that was a good movie...watch and sub". If you think it's superficial or overblown, then fine, but give them credit for doing more than the bare minimum. Most critics and RUclipsrs love to spout 3 lines and logline and call it a day.
@@aj897completely disagree, reactions are good, but the review is the best part. That’s the whole point of reaction channels, wanting to know what they think and hearing people’s fun theories.
@27:29 So if you remember from the last movie, when fake mad eye was doing the 3 unforgivable curses in the classroom, Neville was disturbed by watching the cruciatus curse. Thats because his parents were tortured to insanity by Death Eater Bellatrix.
SO the reason u saw Dracos name on the tree is because Dracos mother ( Narcissa Malfoy) was apart of the black family before marrying Lucius Her 2 sisters are Andromeda Tonks ( the girl with pink hairs mother ) and Bellatrix lestrange . Therefore The 3 black sisters are cousins of Sirius Black , so they are on the tree . Draco and Nympdora are also cousins .
Andromeda is also burned off the family tree like Sirius because she married Ted Tonks, a muggle born wizard. Nymphadora Tonks is their daughter and therefore cousin to Sirius and Draco. This makes Nymphadora like Harry whose father, James, came from a pure-blood family but married Lily, a muggle born witch.
Things in The Order of the Phoenix novel that are not in the movie; Mrs. Fig is a Squib (a person born from a wizarding family but unable to do magic) who was Harry's neighbor for many years. She was even mentioned often throughout the book series. But Harry never knew that Mrs. Fig is actually part of the wizarding community. Harry actually found out about Hagrid being a half giant by mistake during Goblet of Fire. Hagrid's biological mother, Fridwulfa is a giant. Hagrid's father was a wizard. Grawp is Hagrid's brother by way of their giant mother. Ron's brother, Percy had a falling out with the Weasley family. He never believed Harry's story about Voldemort's return and was on the side of the Minister of Magic. Neville's parents are very much alive and are permanent patients at Saint Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies. Because of all the torture that Bellatrix, her husband and Barty Crouch Junior inflicted on them they are mentally damaged. While visiting Mr. Weasley in the hospital Harry, Ron and Hermione come across Neville and his grandmother and was able to meet Neville's parents. The Weasley twins weren't expelled. They quit school. When Harry won the Tri Wizard Tournament in Goblet of Fire he gave his winnings to the twins. Harry originally tried to give it to Cedric's father but he refused to take it. As a result of Harry giving it to the twins Fred and George started using the money to start a side business and made Harry as a secret investor and silent partner. That is why the twins kept inventing all sorts of magical practical joke sweets throughout Order of the Phoenix. When the Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Ginny and Luna flew the Thestrals the majority of them couldn't see what it was they were flying. Earlier in the school year they did learn about Thestrals in Magical Beasts class when Hagrid introduced them to the students. Those who had witnessed death had no trouble seeing them. But the rest couldn't and all they saw was raw meat being devoured by some invisible entities. When the group flew the Thestrals it was as if they were flying on thin air. They can feel the animals but couldn't see them. In the end of the book when Harry talks to Dumbledore in his office, Dumbledore reveals that the prophecy actually came from Professor Trelawney and it was he who witnessed Professor Trelawney make prophecy while she was in a trance. The prophecy was; "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies..." Dumbledore said that two babies were born at the end of July. Harry Potter and Neville Longbottom. Though the prophecy fit Neville just the same as Harry because Neville's parents also defied Voldemort three times, it was Harry that Voldemort chose to kill instead of Neville. It is believed that Voldemort chose Harry because Harry's mother was a muggleborn. Neville's parents are purebloods. During the last evening at Hogwarts Harry desperately runs to the ghost of Nearly Headless Nick and tries to talk to him about Sirius possibly coming back as a ghost. But Nick tells Harry that the only reason why Nick is a ghost residing at Hogwarts is because he refused to move on to the beyond. He refused to let go and wanted to remain. Nick explained to Harry that Sirius moved on. 📚🪄🔮
In the book, we don't know what spell Bellatrix used but Sirius died because he fell into the Veil, the barrier between life and death. So Sirius had already go beyond at the moment of his death. His death is how people often die in battle as they do in wars IRL -- suddenly, unexpectedly, without warning.
@@shirleydurr411i like when movies/series portray unceremonious abrupt deaths, makes them realistic. It's often the grief later on that struck the most.
The movies don't really depict this well, but Dudley's experience does actually change his attitude toward Harry. Dudley believed, from that point on, that Harry saved his life.
You HAVE seen a Ravenclaw thus far. Cho Chang is a Ravenclaw. But in this movie you also meet Luna Lovegood who is also a Ravenclaw. You can tell who belongs to which house by seeing the color of the lining of their Hogwarts robes and by their Hogwarts ties and House crest patch on their robe. By the way, in the books the Ravenclaw mascot is an eagle and not a raven. Some of the Harry Potter movies made a mistake by making it a raven on the crest. 🦅 Also Cedric Diggory from Goblet of Fire was a Hufflepuff. 🦡 Like I said, you can tell by the colors they wear on their robes. Gryffindors wear red. Slytherins wear green. Ravenclaws wear blue. And Hufflepuffs wear yellow. 🏰❤💚💙💛🪄
Jeez I just found these 2 recently and they have both quickly become my favorite reactors on RUclips. I'm not sure I have ever seen anyone be as genuine and authentic as them. Making me emotional during the reaction then again in their review.
"sometimes it's not getting to say goodbye" man this hit really close 💔 my dad passed away very suddenly from heart attack almost 3 years ago (i was 22) and i live 5 hours away from my childhood hometown where he lived. I remember the day my mom called and i answered cheerfully like i normally did and when i heard that she was silently crying on the line my stomach dropped.. I remember the phone call but after that it's pretty much just 2 years of haze and very few foggy memories, me and my older sister both can't place anything that happened on a clear timeline, everything stopped. I was a damn shell of a person. In my mind i didn't even age. In my experience I was 22 for 2 years straight! Only this year literally 2024 has been sort of the first months of being almost fully here again, and i feel like i have made a little bit of progress in handling it.. Maybe i remember the funeral and scraping my knee pretty badly that year but rest of it i have no idea.. It has left me very afraid of receiving phone calls especially from ppl close to me, but otherwise I'm trying to work through it.. Now it's just me my sister and our mom here for each other the best we can..❤ Thanks for sharing your stories, i was crying with you so much (:D)
I’m sorry for your loss. The pain may lesson over time, but it never completely goes away. I know what you mean about the phone calls. I kind of dread getting calls from my aunt because they often have something to do with a family member who died. Hang in there. 🫂
Sometimes it’s almost impossible to end the conversation, especially with films like these that are so layered with symbolism and meaning. We honestly only called it quits towards the end because our eyes were starting to close and we had less than half a brain to work with (we started recording after midnight 😅🤕), otherwise we would have easily gone 10 hours yapping away. Please do let us know your thoughts once you’ve finished with the video, much love! - Caley
@@mentallygonereacts will do. I love that you guys just keep on discussing the movies. Reactors that just watch it and then say "that was a good movie, thanks for watching" doesn't make sense to me. I may not be able to watch the whole thing through in one shot, but I'll chip away at it whenever I'm on my phone.
@@mentallygonereactsI still got another 2 hours of video to watch, but one thing I thought I would comment on was something that you guys said that I liked which is how New York City and all of its depravity and flaws is essentially seen as the symbol of the supposed success of the system.
Yeah, I really hate that the movie doesn't make it clear at all that his parents aren't dead, just got tortured so bad they completely lost their minds. That's what makes it so much worse than just death.
As for Nargles, they're not a real thing. Because she's a bit different, other students are constantly bullying her. Whenever the other students hide Luna's stuff, her father tells her that "nargles" stole them, so that she doesn't feel sad.
I'm so sorry for the awful experiences that you both have gone through. I’ve recently lost 2 grandads in the space of 4 months, and I definitely have dissociated from those experiences. I’ve cried the day it happened but have just kept it bottled up and smiled on ever since. I can’t seem to ever open up fully and feel the pain and emotion, I’ve tried but it’s impossible. These movies have been a saviour to me during those months, and I have such a deeper understanding of death in the movies than I ever did previously. It’s amazing how movies can make you reflect, feel and understand so many emotions. Thank you for a great reaction and discussion, and never apologise for showing your emotions ♥️
The pink menace. The most hated character in Harry Potter. Dudley didn't see the dementors. Muggles can't see dementors. Mrs. Figg is a squib. She was mentioned in the first book because she used to take care of Harry whenever the Dursleys took Dudley somewhere.
A squib is a person who is born to magical parents but has no magic themselves. Also Mr. Filch is a squib. Most people born squibs live in the regular world. Unfortunately their parents do not want anything to do with them. Especially the purebloods.
@@Lions1986 I do. She reminds me of people I had to work with. That makes her a lot more real to me than someone without a nose who torments other wizards. 😂
54:57 Patronus charm is a really advanced spell and usually taught in the sixth year and even then, not everybody can conjure it. Even somebody as skilled and knowledgeable as Hermione was unable to do it until taught by an experienced person like Harry. Which is why Harry being able to learn it, that too in his third year, is so impressive and that is reflected by the reaction of the other people at 40:47. Especially when they learned Harry can do a corporeal form (animal form) of the charm which is even harder. BTW you have seen the corporeal form of Harry back in the third movie which is the white stag. 55:58 Yes exactly, like a Guardian spirit animal. That is what a Patronus exactly is.
This is my favorite of the movies and the books. By the way, if you haven’t heard, Stephen King said that Dolores Umbridge Is probably one of the most terrifying villains that was ever created. From him, that saying something. That might not be a direct quote, but it was something similar.
Well Umbridge is the archetype of the tyrant, she's got Nazi qualities, and IMO she's very much the embodiment of what's wrong with the world today, in terms of American politics and social media. And I agree with King that she's very scary indeed, but also as an egregore it's even scarier. The scenario that an entire world filled with people just like Umbridge is terrifying, but you can also literally find it today in the 'karen phenomenon' lol.
Right? We literally only stopped our review conversation because our eyes were closing on us and we had less than half a brain to work with by the very end. I think it would’ve been very possible to go well over 10 hours on this one alone. The amount of layers is truly mind boggling 👀 - Caley
Hi guys. I often practice my instrument (Double Bass) whilst listening to your videos. At the end of the reaction when you were both being emotionally open and sharing your pain, I felt so overwhelmed by the beauty of what I was hearing I started improvising to what you were saying (like a jazz musician improvises with/to their fellow musicians) and the effect was very moving. I thought you would like to hear this story as a reminder that pain is an incredible source of beauty. Thank you x
Also Neville could've been the boy who lived because his parents also met the prophecy criteria and he was born on 30th July while harry was born on 31st. It's just because voldemort heard half of the prophecy and decided to mark harry as his equal. Something to note here is that he didn't go after neville, who was a pureblood child, but harry who was half blood like himself.
There were 3 sisters who were Sirius’s cousins. Bellatrix who was a Voldemort disciple - Andromeda who was outcast because she married a muggle and is the mother of Nymphadora Tonks and Narcissa who married Lucius Malloy and is the mother of Draco. So Draco is related to Sirius.
Voldemort promised his followers fame and fought for the purity of blood. That's why he was approached either by pure-blooded wizards who believed that they should be superior to others. Malfoy or Bellatrix. That is, to occupy higher positions simply because of the purity of blood. Or people like Snape who couldn't find a place in the ordinary world and thought they would become famous with Voldemort because they deserve it. It’s not only fear. In the beginning.
Absolutely loved the introduction of Luna, both in the movies and the books! She was such a fresh wind of innocence, kindness and obviously weirdness! Amazing addition
You guys should never apologize for crying. I have watched this movies a million times and i still cry. I am sorry for the loss of your grandmother. I lost my mother when i was 17. I was always worried i was gonna lose my parents when i was in my 30s and such. Then 1 day 4 and a half years ago she had a cerebral hemorrhage at the veterinarian and within maybe a few hours she was braindead. I was a difficult teenager and i get sad because i could have helped my mom so much more. Thank you for sharing your story and being so open and personal with us. I was doing some stuff in the house but when you started telling your story i took a moment to sit down and pay attention. Its absolutely not stupid to cry about it even if we are all gonna die anyways. Its a traumatic event. Don’t beat yourself up please. Much love to both of you!!
Wow. I really feel at a loss for words, but I want to take a moment to truly acknowledge the depth of what you’ve shared. Losing your mother at such a young age is an unimaginable pain that I can’t and won’t pretend to fully grasp, and I am so so sorry for your loss... I think it’s very important to know that that feeling like you could have done more is such a real pain to feel, but you really truly deserve to release yourself from it completely. Just like you told us that we should never apologize for crying, I think it’s important to know that you deserve to be more gentle and forgiving with yourself. Parents (especially moms) love us so deeply that it’s nearly impossible for it to be swayed just because of what we do or don’t do, especially with little things. I wish I could reassure you that however difficult you feel you were, she loved you all the same and MORE, and it’s clear because that love is showing through you and through every word you shared with us and anyone who reads this. I just really really want to say thank you. Thank you for sharing this, no matter how hard it maybe was to do. The point of everything we do is to let people know they’re not alone. So many of us are taught to avoid pain, to push down our feelings, but feeling is what makes us human. It’s what connects us on a level that nothing else can. That’s why we do what we do, it’s really just to show people that even though it’s so scary and hard to feel sometimes, we can and we should, and we can use it to help each other. Your words helped me today, so much more than you know. If I ever catch myself feeling stupid for crying, I’m going to remember what you said. That’s the power your words held for me. I can feel the love you have for your mom just in the way you reflect on your time with her, and it’s really beautiful. And I know that there isn’t much I can say, I actually haven’t experienced loss yet, but I know that you’re meant to be happy, so please don’t be so hard on yourself.. Thank you for this.❤️ - Gabi
@@mentallygonereactsThank you so much for your response and being so gentle. It kinda made me emotional reading it. I just sometimes beat myself up for being a difficult teenager because it was pointed out to me constantly back then. My mother was always there for me and i depended so much on her. When she passed i slowly started to learn over the years to be more and more independent. I am not where i want to be regarding independence but i have autism spectrum disorder so i naturally always will be depending on people in some type of way which is a hard reality to accept. I am glad my words have affected you in that way since it is hard sometimes to convey a message. It also makes me sad sometimes that my mom could never live long enough to see how much i grew as a person now that i am an adult. As hard as it might be to accept that i think my mother’s passing was necessary to allow me to blossom as a person. Not only that but i am happy my mother isn’t in pain anymore. She had fibromyalgia for 11 years which is severe muscle pain in your whole body every day. I could keep boring you with my stories but i’ll leave it at that. That being said, thank you for noticing me and being moved with me sharing my story. The both of you seem like such amazing, warm and caring people who are very intelligent. I could see that sometimes you seem to apologize whenever what you are trying to tell on screen “doesn’t add up” or is all over the place. Just remember that you are human too. We are our own worst critics but we need to remember perfection doesn’t exist and we do what we can. Much love to the both of you❤️❤️
Ya Sirius blacks death is so sudden and impactful it legitimately takes the breath out of you when you see it. the ending of this is insane end of the movies and they only get more dark before the ending comes. Like dumbledore said: soon we will all have the choice between what is easy. And what is right. I love both of you guys!! And without any spoilers be prepared to cry the rest of the series it’s heartbreaking and wrenching roller coaster of emotions. And the pace only quickens also its back to back action till the end in the next 3 movies.
Deep end!!! I absolutely love that y’all spend time breaking down the philosophy of these movies. I knew y’all would find a lot to talk about from this movie, just based on the amount of political and sociological themes, symbols and parallels. So much respect to you both for being so vulnerable in these videos and letting us be apart of y’all’s conversations!
After watching all the movies im going to read the first book of harry potter. I ordered first book of Harry potter and today the book will be delivered to me and finally the journey will start im very excited to read these books and get into it very deeply ❤❤

The fact you come on this channel and give us great content for us all to enjoy then to see you get emotional like that was sad but the way you opened up like that was beautiful, respect 🫡
never apologise for crying! I love watching your reaction because you guys actually show empathy and emotional intelligence. So many other reactors don't shed a tear throughout the entire series or other series when very sad things happen and it really bothers me. Love you guys for it!
I just started watching your post watch conversation and I really love the way you connect with the film- even if it brings sad memories. That's the power of storytelling! For me, I was in my first year of college when I got a phone call that my dad died from a heart attack. I remember being so upset that I had spent my whole childhood with him and the moment I leave is when that happens. But at least I did have that time with him.
Draco's mom, Narcissa is Bellatrix's sister. They have another sister, Andromeda who is the mom of tonks (the lady who changes her hair colour). Andromeda was cut out the family tree because she married a muggleborn wizard.
I love that you are unafraid to show your emotions. It’s what makes me love you two as reactors and as humans. Please never apologize for expressing your feelings. Don’t stop making videos as genuine as these!

"So" said fudge "you intend to take on Shacklebolt, Dawlish, Delores and myself singlehandedly do you Dumbledore?" "Merlins beard, no! Not unlrss you are foolish enough to force me too"
Dolores sent the dementors because the minister wanted to discredit him so she wanted to 'take action' behind his back Also, Sirius was always mean to Kreature as he was parroting the blood purist beliefs of sirius' parents, kept calling order members blood traitors and mud bloods. Sirius would've set him free but he knew too much about the order. Over Christmas holidays he told kreatuee to "get out" Of the room, since he wasn't specific enough, kreature left the house instead and went to bellatrix and she instructed kreature to lie to harry and say that sirius left when he was actually still at home. After harry had the vision of sirius, Hermione convinced him to confirm that by contacting the headquarters using the fireplace in umbridge's office (that was the only one not being monitored). Kreature ensured that sirius wouldn't be near the fireplace and lied to harry. So, you could say that if Sirius was kinder to Kreature, he wouldn't have died
I really appreciate your different reaction style. Taking so much time for every movie and the depth of analysis you provide is insane. Often I need to split the videos, but its always worth it. Best wishes from Germany!
Guys, I adore your reactions because you are so immersed in all movies and, without missing a single detail, follow the plot line so closely that it is impossible not to express gratitude for it. Thank you for your honesty and all emotions. Can’t wait the next video 🙏🏻
I understand your pain dude I lost my grandpa from stage 4 cancer I was upset my mom was upset because it's her father... We all live on... God has us on this planet for a reason. I cried with you the whole end, this is not the first time I’ve watched Harry Potter, I watched it with my mother as a child, I watch reactions to see how people react to what is happening without knowing it before, you shouldn’t apologize for your tears, almost everyone cried when we watched this really, thank you for your reactions to harry potter, yours seems to me the best. Thanks for opening up that much. I also never really speak abt my emotions or feelings to anyone and this helped me with some of my problems I think :)
I've seen a lot of reactions to the Harry Potter films and I can honestly say that you have the best reactions! Not just for the comments during the film but the personal analysis after the film. I'm Brazilian and I live in the city of Fortaleza! Never stop these videos! lol
I like the idea that the wizards that worked in the Hall of Proficiency came into work like “IT HAPPENED” like they probably have spells in place so this doesn’t happen but when you Reducto on the room how was that supposed to go lol DAMMIT Ginny Your Father is now facing a Inquiry at work and IT is entirely Your Fault 😂
You guys should read the books after your done watching the movies. The books are excellent and definitely goes more into detail with the characters and story.
It is so brave if you both to display those emotional feelings and don't you ever apologise about sharing like that as it shows that you are sincere and genuine people that are as human as anyone else. This particular movie draws out those emotions in everyone. Both of you don't ever change. As I said in an earlier video of yours the author of this series had a tragic relationship with her father and that is why she provides so many father figures and role models for Harry in these movies and novels.
I only found your channel yesterday and you just became my favourite reactors. ❤ Your deduction skills and attention to detail is amazing! I've loved this series for 20+ years, read the books multiple times, still you gave me so many new insights I've never thought of before.
I love you guys so much you have the same reactions I have to most movies My mom just passed on valetines day this year unexpectedly from cancer aswell and this hit home Thank you for being so genuine Love yall! Also can’t wait for you guys to get to the end lol it’s gonna blow your mind
4:44:32 This is also very interesting to point out, just to show how steeped in the Classical consciousness the HP world really is: the "prerequisite" for a future master to be a "fool", the open vessel to collect the knowledge and experience is encoded in the myth of Parcifal - literally, in old French, "Pure-but-fool", the only one who, so it goes, was able / destined to master the Holy Grail. To rub it all in, Albus Dumbledore's SECOND name is... right, Parcifal. Plus, the one with Black Sirius - brightest star in Canis Major (verbatim for "the Big Dog") blew many minds right there, I am sure! You came up with the ultimate link, and Sirius is now done justice.
I sobbed so hard the first time I saw Sirius die, and I had already read the books so I knew it was going to happen. I feel this reaction; never apologize for honesty
Wow guys!!! I couldn't watch the entire discussion yet (long story, drove my wife to the airport at 3 AM, I'm falling asleep) but I have to say a few things now, and maybe I'll say some more later. First of all, I don't think I ever met two people who needed this story as much as you do. This is pure therapy and the books will add a whole new dimension to that. By now I trust that you'll read them. It's a strange thing to say about a story which deals with magic, but the fact of the matter is, that if you're into reality, and I mean honest, brutal, clear, unsweetened reality, then Harry Potter is what you need. That's what I love about Rowling so much. She approaches death with a raw honesty that sends chills down your spine and slaps you right awake. But now I have to draw your attention to a detail, and Gabby very wisely mentioned it: Harry is quite free to walk away from all of this! The prophecy in and of itself is utterly meaningless. It's the perfect example of a self-fulfilling prophecy. It only means something because Voldemort - who was told about the first part of it by someone who overheard it - believed it and acted upon it. Think about it: if he hadn't killed Harry's parents, if he hadn't try to kill Harry himself, none of this would have happened. Harry would be just another ordinary wizard boy. And if you need more proof, the prophecy could have referred to two boys, the other one being Neville. But Voldemort chose Harry, the half blood, like himself, in spite of his pure-blood ideology. In a way he saw himself in Harry before he even met him. In Dumbledore's words: "Voldemort himself created his worst enemy, just like tyrants everywhere do. Have you any idea how much the tyrants fear the people they oppress? All of them realize that, one day, amongst their many victims, there is sure to be one who rises against them and strikes back! "
Oh my gosh - - i just thought of this: In the 4th one Ron says "what's life without a few dragons" & in the 5th one Sirius says "what's life without a little risk" I connected those earlier but didn't realize just how parallel these things are.. They always say that Harry is so much like his father and arguably James and Sirius were the best of friends in the marauders, just like Ron and Harry are?? So just HOW similar are Sirius and Ron actually as well? :o both are loyal, caring, fun and laid back..
I find the Department of Mysteries in the book version of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix one of the most fascinating places in that fictional world. It is a department in the Ministry of Magic where people called "Unspeakables" study the magical properties of certain none physical things in different rooms. As you saw in one room they study Prophesies. In another room they study Death which is the room that Sirius died in. But was never shown in the movie are the other rooms that the Unspeakables study such as Time (which was a room filled with Time Turners of all sorts and sizes), Space (which was a room full of floating planets), Thought (which was a room full of brains in jars) and Love. Harry and his friends never got a chance to go into the locked room for love. So we the reader never got to find out what it looked like and what was in it. It was discribed by Dumbledore as a room that contains the most mysterious and most powerful form of magic of them all which is Love. 🤫🪄🔮💀⏳️🌠🧠💖
Sirius's death was the most painful thing i cried seeing that. I really empathise with what you guys went through crying is a sign of strength and emotions are powerful thank you for sharing..nothing but love ❤
A quote from the book that I think really sums everything up. Dumbledore says to Harry: “There is a room in the Department of Mysteries, that is kept locked at all times. It contains a force that is at once more wonderful and more terrible than death, than human intelligence, than forces of nature. It is also, perhaps, the most mysterio us of the many subjects for study that reside there. It is the power held within that room that you possess in such quantities and which Voldemort has not at all. That power took you to save Sirius tonight. That power also saved you from possession by Voldemort, because he could not bear to reside in a body so full of the force he detests. In the end, it mattered not that you could not close your mind. It was your heart that saved you.”

NEVER apologize for crying. It brings a lot of us back to the way we felt when we first watched these 😢 it's the biggest reason I watch reactions
One of the main reasons I watch reactions! To see people experience the similar raw emotions from our first times
Is it weird that a rarely cry in movies? The only time I cried a little was when Donny died I think
Absolutely! I still tear up watching some of these scenes, and honestly the way that Cali and Gab break the scenes down makes me attach even more emotion to them.
@CobraXXVI people keep commenting this. Actually it might have been you on my comment on the last one too. Give it a rest.
@@CobraXXVI Upset? Stop talking to me like you know me. You're wasting your time.
"That what's crazy about death, sometimes it's not getting to say goodbye". This was so beautifully said, and it hit really close to home. Thank you both.
Nargles are something that Luna's father invented because the students themselves hid things from her but her father didn't want her to be sad about it.
Luna's dad didn't make them up.
It's just that he made her think they are common. When they are thought to be extinct.
@@tophernates Except for the fact that Luna's dad is essentially the Harry Potters version of a flat-earther and conspiracy theorist.
@@StrangeLeader Not that, if anything he's basically a cryptozoologist not flat-earthers.
Wow! Can’t believe we didn’t catch that! That gives me chills just remembering :(
They were tortured by Bellatrix AND ALSO Barty Crouch Jr.
Basically, Barty Crouch Jr made Neville watch him use the same curse he used on his parents.
@@erikperhs_ Lol. That was especially mean of him.
@@erikperhs_ omg I did not know that, how horrible
I love these long discussions at the end. Thank you guys for being so vulnerable.

Draco and Nympdora are also cousins .
tonks & bellatrix would be draco’s aunt
@@Wuichii493 yep
Andromeda is also burned off the family tree like Sirius because she married Ted Tonks, a muggle born wizard. Nymphadora Tonks is their daughter and therefore cousin to Sirius and Draco. This makes Nymphadora like Harry whose father, James, came from a pure-blood family but married Lily, a muggle born witch.
@@Wuichii493 Tonks is Draco's cousin because Tonks' mother, Andromeda, is sister to Draco's mother, Narcissa.
weasley's are also distant cousins with malfoys and blacks. All pureblood families are related. Even voldemort and Harry are distant cousins lol
Things in The Order of the Phoenix novel that are not in the movie;
Mrs.
In the end of the book when Harry talks to Dumbledore in his office, Dumbledore reveals that the prophecy actually came from Professor Trelawney and it was he who witnessed Professor Trelawney make prophecy while she was in a trance. The prophecy was;
"The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies..."
Dumbledore said that two babies were born at the end of July.
Not me crying for the billionth time. U guys need to buckle up for the next 3 😭😭😭
Also Cedric Diggory from Goblet of Fire was a Hufflepuff. 🦡
Like I said, you can tell by the colors they wear on their robes. Gryffindors wear red. Slytherins wear green. Ravenclaws wear blue. And Hufflepuffs wear yellow.

Jeez I just found these 2 recently and they have both quickly become my favorite reactors on RUclips. I'm not sure I have ever seen anyone be as genuine and authentic as them. Making me emotional during the reaction then again in their review.
"sometimes it's not getting to say goodbye" man this hit really close 💔
my dad passed away very suddenly from heart attack almost 3 years ago (i was 22) and i live 5 hours away from my childhood hometown where he lived. I remember the day my mom called and i answered cheerfully like i normally did and when i heard that she was silently crying on the line my stomach dropped.. I remember the phone call but after that it's pretty much just 2 years of haze and very few foggy memories, me and my older sister both can't place anything that happened on a clear timeline,
everything stopped.
I am so sorry
I'm gonna be watching this on and off for the next couple days lol
Neville’s parents were tortured by Bellatrix and ended up in a mental institution. Poor Neville. 😢 love your reactions so much 😊❤
Yeah, I really hate that the movie doesn't make it clear at all that his parents aren't dead, just got tortured so bad they completely lost their minds. That's what makes it so much worse than just death.
It is mentioned briefly in Goblet of Fire in the Pensieve scene of Karkaroff’s trial, but it isn’t really prominent.
Especially the purebloods.
nah i dont hate her more than Voldemort
@@Lions1986 most do though.

Wasn't expecting this today! What a great surprise! Keep them Coming 🔥🔥🔥
This is my favorite HP movie. It has the best villain, it has light and dark in it and «I must not tell lies.» is so satisfying.
I believe he said that she was the most terrifying villain written since Hannibal Lecter
My favorite one 💙 I think this movie has a great background and symbolism about mental health and our internal struggles.
Thank you x
love the reaction soon after the previous! think this is the way to go! keep it up gang!
The vulnerability and honesty at the beginning of the discussion is really special. Thank you guys! This is what it's all about
Also Neville could've been the boy who lived because his parents also met the prophecy criteria and he was born on 30th July while harry was born on 31st.
Loved the emotions, best reactions to HP I've seen
Voldemort promised his followers fame and fought for the purity of blood. That's why he was approached either by pure-blooded wizards who believed that they should be superior to others. Malfoy or Bellatrix. That is, to occupy higher positions simply because of the purity of blood. Or people like Snape who couldn't find a place in the ordinary world and thought they would become famous with Voldemort because they deserve it. It’s not only fear. In the beginning.
Sirius 🥺 for having so little screen time to the most impactful death it’s crazy
Dolores sent the dementors because the minister wanted to discredit him so she wanted to 'take action' behind his back
Also, Sirius was always mean to Kreature as he was parroting the blood purist beliefs of sirius' parents, kept calling order members blood traitors and mud bloods.
So, you could say that if Sirius was kinder to Kreature, he wouldn't have died

really, thank you for your reactions to harry potter, yours seems to me the best. (my English is not perfect, so I’m writing through a translator because I don’t want to think too much😔)
Wow!! I’m looking forward to these next five hours!! Love you guys! 🙌🙌🙌
That was a beautiful reaction. Thanks for being vulnerable.
I love that you guys are crying. This was me after reading the book, just losing Sirius was a real blow.

Never stop these videos! lol
Deep end. I really enjoy the depth here and feel like this is something I have been looking for. Thank you.
Just found this channel. I gotta say you both are great! Love the reactions! Now I want moreeeeee 😭
As I said in an earlier video of yours the author of this series had a tragic relationship with her father and that is why she provides so many father figures and role models for Harry in these movies and novels.
man your reaction felt so real and just how i felt watching these movies and felt for these characters. you guys are the best.
I only found your channel yesterday and you just became my favourite reactors. ❤ Your deduction skills and attention to detail is amazing! I've loved this series for 20+ years, read the books multiple times, still you gave me so many new insights I've never thought of before.
I really appreciate how you both takes notes while watching!
I love you guys so much you have the same reactions I have to most movies
My mom just passed on valetines day this year unexpectedly from cancer aswell and this hit home
Thank you for being so genuine
Love yall!
Also can’t wait for you guys to get to the end lol it’s gonna blow your mind
Cant wait for your reaction to the remaining Harry Potter films! Subscribed!
This is the longest reaction I've ever watched and I really like it you guys are awesome
I sobbed so hard the first time I saw Sirius die, and I had already read the books so I knew it was going to happen. I feel this reaction; never apologize for honesty
You guys literally spoke about this film for FOUR hours non-stop when it finished...that is impressive!
Yesss! I’ve been waiting for this one. I hope you react to Harry Potter 20th Anniversary when you finish the movies ❤
I just want to say, you guys are so cute and so wholesome. You look and sound genuine and I truly appreciate you. Sending much love your way 🤍
"Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus" is the Hogwarts motto and it means "Never tickle a sleeping dragon".

I totally hear what you're saying. I feel the same way since I lost my brother. It makes you question everything in life.
Oh my gosh - - i just thought of this:
In the 4th one Ron says "what's life without a few dragons"
& in the 5th one Sirius says "what's life without a little risk"
I connected those earlier but didn't realize just how parallel these things are..
The "nice one James" moment is sweet until you remember the other time he said it lol 59:39
