    Interesting topic. What is so strange is that none of them want to say that total rest aka not moving is also beneficial. We have to change our attitudes towards rest and recovery. Sometimes just switch off and doing as little as possible is the best thing for us. No need to overcomplicate rest and recovery. Our bodies will let us know when our energy levels are back to their optimum levels. Complete rest is good.

    Is it better to spread out trigger sessions through the day?

    • @jakeanderson1411
      @jakeanderson1411 3 года назад

      I’m gonna say yes based on how they seem to leverage trigger sessions. Putting them back to back to back would just increase intensity. I would say spread them out and be able to sufficiently recover between. They always say you shouldn’t be sore or really push yourself too hard during trigger sessions. They’ve also said things like “you could do one when you wake up, one at lunch, and one after dinner,” which insinuates spreading them out is better.
