Love this podcast. But the interruptions gotta slow up please. Not hard to let someone speak
Adam jumps the gun a bit everytime sal starts a sentence (insert Adam)
i realize it's quite randomly asking but do anyone know a good site to stream new series online?
@Denver Elisha Flixportal =)
@Finnley Micah thanks, signed up and it seems to work :) Appreciate it !
@Denver Elisha happy to help :D
He kinda has to cuz Sal will keep talking forever 😆
Why does the dude in the hat always interrupt?
Foreigner with low self esteem. Nuff said.
Because he like to
He is just plain rude and needs to work on his conversational etiquette. The other guys show real class and grace, respecting one another but the guy is the hat is embarrassing.
@@battlevain I agree but he can learn from his mistakes
Probably has adhd
Love your content! Good job guys, gets me as a female excited to workout and also expand my knowledge in fitness❤️
Recovery is more important than the exercise
Let's just say it's just as important
@@christismith9077 yes but this talk always puts the emphasis on doing something. Sometimes just resting and doing nothing is just if not more beneficial. Rest and recovery is not the enemy here.
Trigger sessions are massively underrated
Easy there buddy. I think it’s pronounced “trigga”
What are exactly these sessions if i may ask?
@@marjan992 they aren't really workouts, but short sessions with resistance bands to get a very slight pump. Sending a mild signal to the muscles.
that was one of the funniest, most blatant interruptions i’ve ever seen
The guy is just rude and shameful. Caveman manners.
The best and truest answer
Hate how they interrupt each other sometimes
Adam is annoying when he does this. Pls stop
Love the Pluto shirt.
Same lol. I'm going to look this shirt up
Interesting topic. What is so strange is that none of them want to say that total rest aka not moving is also beneficial. We have to change our attitudes towards rest and recovery. Sometimes just switch off and doing as little as possible is the best thing for us. No need to overcomplicate rest and recovery. Our bodies will let us know when our energy levels are back to their optimum levels. Complete rest is good.
just received sal's new book yesterday.
What are some examples of these activities
Probably with supraphysiological test levels it's ok to train, even after hard work and very poor sleep?
the interruptions r out of control
What if you had a bad night sleep and you are tired
I went to workout today and I had not eaten since 8:00 am, I took a nap from 1-3 pm. I woke up and went straight to the gym having a protein/creatine shake otw to the gym but in the middle of my workout I started feeling so dehydrated and lightheaded, and couldn’t finish. I just want to know what happened?
Your body was telling you to rest.
Adam gotto stop interrupting man
Honestly i dont think anyone really knows why we get exhausted, all speculating.
what if it is because i worked a 16 hour overnight shift on 4 hours of sleep?
Yes i would like to hear opinion on this too
I know the comment is old, but personally I'd get the sleep I need.
Is it better to spread out trigger sessions through the day?
I’m gonna say yes based on how they seem to leverage trigger sessions. Putting them back to back to back would just increase intensity. I would say spread them out and be able to sufficiently recover between. They always say you shouldn’t be sore or really push yourself too hard during trigger sessions. They’ve also said things like “you could do one when you wake up, one at lunch, and one after dinner,” which insinuates spreading them out is better.
Motion is lotion !!
lol
I'm always tired after work 😴😭 I still tend to workout not too heavy tho bc Im so tired I feel I could get injured some days lol 😂
Workout before work if you can and then when you get home slumped 😂
Take some pre-workout after work. It'll juice you up.
Sal is the only one who doesn't get on my nerves out of the 3.
Sal is the only one who gets on my nerves when he starts with his far right nonsense. If he left his political views off the show, he’d probably be my favorite
On my "uh fk" days I d9 cardio which ended up energizing me
Y'all need to let eachother talk. LISTENING skills need work. Interruptions are very distracting.
Well said.
So annoying when you can clearly hear someone else speak and you feel the need to over speak over them
Poor social skills.
Who's first now lol
Second lol
Research eric dubay
Cause of pluto shirt ?
Hat dude cuts people off way too much.
Very poor manners and social skills.
The guy in the hat needs his microphone shut off. Damn he talks over people.
Guy in the hat can do whatever he wants on his own podcast lol
@@MindPumpShow you must be that homosexual 😂
