Hey Fluff. So I am the man that ordered the "sg custom." I just received it a few days ago. While it is definitely homemade (and I bought it out of curiosity) I was very surprised by the condition of the guitar upon unboxing it. The seller did themselves no favors with the pictures they posted---which were god awful (the man does not have an eye for angles or focus). But for $100, the thing was a steal. The guitar is nice in sound, appearance, and playability. It had a tendency to go out of tune at first but I put some 11's on it and it's staying in tune. Let me know if you'd like an update/new pics/video of it.
To me it looks like a drawing of a strat I did when I was 12 but that's cool that it plays and sounds good! The materials alone to build that guitar would have been more than what you ended up paying for it
I laughed at that $3k epi RD, considering an actual 1978 RD came into my local music shop a couple of weeks ago and the guy was asking 3K for that (dude working there ended up buying it off the owner for $1500) and the guitar was in very very good shape
Yeah, but don't you know that the Epiphone guitars always play and sound better than the owner's Gibson counterpart...? I mean always.. Read the forums...

Actually liked the color composition of the We the People (aside from plain pink headstock) There was pink bc he was doing red white and blue but cyan ish and pink. Thought the neck pickup being black looked cool though (an actual black cover would’ve been better of course)

That was made specifically as a commercial product using Bruce Lee's image. That COA was probably forgotten in a drawer when they sold the amp. It would be a cool wall piece, framed. RIP Jim Marshall. That last slab of wood with frets was someone's school shop project in the 70s.
Please, buy that "SG" :P. It reminds of old guitars made on the wrong side of Iron Curtain, like Polish Defils and whatever was made in Soviet Union, it also reminds me of one homemade guitar probalby from the 80s that was once listed on Polish OLX.
Obviously, it's pretty goofy, but I think it would be cool to have somewhere on a wall or taken out for a few songs. However, that would SUCK to load into a car.
Well, the "sg" is a custom 23 fret by the way. Although the spacing looks way off on it. The spacing also looks wrong for the rest of the frets as well. But, could be because the 23rd fret is wrong and just makes the others looks off.
I really hate that when a seller posts only one or two photos. and minimal description or no description at all. it either makes me question how serious they are about selling the item. or they are just too god damn lazy to post a better ad.
That auto-wah epoxied to a piece of wood is jank as hell. I thought the Medusa guitar would have been the worst looking thing in this video, but I was mistaken.
It was more of an affront to a very cool guy who's now passed away than racist against Asian people. As Fluff said, Bruce Lee would be disappointed in them.

Yeah, there were a couple of comments made about the sticker that felt like there was something behind them. I wonder if Fluff would be kind enough to expand on that just a bit. I don't want to make assumptions. I'll say this, I'm down with the Constitution, it's a pretty awesome document.

The worst part about the first guitar is the back of the headstock and part of the neck were painted pink too, but they stopped about a 1/4 of the way down the neck and just let it fade to the original finish. I can't think of an uglier way to paint a neck. It's also almost definitely a Squier body, because he specified how the neck is genuine Fender but not the body. Also I don't really think people with a genuine Fender neck trying to pass the guitar off as a Fender would just paint over the labels...unless it's a Squier neck too which it most certainly is.

There's was one of those Lee Malia RDs on my local Craigslist last month for 600 bucks. I've seen quite a few of them for less than a grand. I can't stand these people trying to get ridiculous money for something just because it's out of production. I seriously thought about buying the one for 600 bucks but I just really dislike the natural finish. I wish they would have done it in black or white.
I was willing to believe the Lee Malia RD could go for 3k, just because some of these epiphone signatures are super limited, I had a Epiphone Snofall 7 string that was selling for 1600 (originally 900), bit yeah apparently they're like, a grand

This is my favorite series.
Small things such as the alignment of the tuning pegs are what makes the SG stand out. A classic instrument.
That Juicy Guitars one looks like the stand is stuck in it.
