1 Corn Beef
1 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp all purpose season
1 onion
1 tomato
2 small cut scotch bonnets pepper
1 stalk scallions
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup/Try Not To Add Too Much Ketchup
2 1/2 cup rice
1 spoon butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp warm water
1 ripped plantain
1 can sweet corn
1/4 black pepper
1/2 Tsp salt

I make something similar but I add some ripe plantains cubed that I cook in butter. Also some small cubes of boiled potato. Mixed in and served with rice.
Corned beef is not cheap I bought it cause I wanted to make this just like you 👍🏾

That does look good. Though I am not a fan of onions. I would sub some scalion for a lighter flavor. Really want to try the fried plantains, have never had that.

Can't beat bully beef n rice. Only thing is some of the bully beef these days are really salty.

I tried to find the one that has the less sodium but some times they are hard to find.
@@menelva3650 Don't know where you live, but in the UK you can now get reduced salt bully beef apparently. Never tried it though.
@@zigzung5569 Zig- Zung I used to live in England (Leeds) yes I know they have the reduced salt Corn beef there. I now live in Toronto . Thanks for replying back to me.
