Without windows and completely packed like corporate office cubicles in artificial lights, I'll die!!
Lots of open windows for natural light and air circulation. Kota floors. No false ceilings and glass mirrors indian textiles and organic fabrics are my type of homes.

one thing I do no understand is why these designers use so many led profile lighting everywhere and false ceiling in every room, which I would say is just waste of money or money being siphoned off from people. I do not see this kind of thing in European houses.
😂 agree, overuse of LED like it is some magic masala
So that in their videos the room will look more beautiful... Without light it will look normal.
Lighting elevates the look of the room !
It enhances the anesthetics in the flat.
Lights elevate your room's appearance I guess, a warm feeling, European interior is a totally different concept..

Nice work, some feedback for you
1)Please share the dimensions of the civil structure (room, kitchen, bath and additional spaces) with dimensions of the furnishings (length width and specially depth)
2)In kids bedroom the shutter handle might break the mirror
3)Share the ballpark furnishing cost per room/kitchen/bath and total cost with some material used info

Bunk bed ka koi idea hay aapke paas?
@arunimachaudhuri1983 bunk bed abhi tak design nahi kiya..actually we generally avoid it while designing a kids room, because it will take more space + kids don't like it when they turn at the age of 16-17 j+

Simple n sweet❤❤❤ just one thing y clients made so many smaal boxes like shelf in wardrobe ..it eats the space v much
You will get more storage by keeping cloths folded than hanged.
That's why such type of details you will see in the videos

Mention the total sq ft of the flat, how much expense it took to make all items etc etc , you have made it nice but certain details are missing as the kitchen details acrylics sheet on cabinets , bed sizes and more.
Carpet are - 700 sq ft
Total project cost was 15 lakhs including civil work of kitchen
We have applied high gloss laminates on kitchen cabinets.
Master bed size is - 5'3" x 6'5"

1.( Ashar group )Builder will not allow to break the wall.
2. That wall is shear wall ( reinforced wall) we can't break it.
3. Each and every flats design and structure is different from another. We design it as per structure.

Generally we use the laminates of company like segments / eight four / Dolby mica.
And will take it from our vendor and will let you know

This is a modular kitchen.we have used BWR ply for shutters

Where qre the wash rooms you haven't shown
We didn't do any changes in bathroom , so we haven't shown it.
Why so much glare of lights in humid and hot Mumbai weather,,,besides when area is not big,,otherwise material quality seems good otherwise
The lights which we have provided ( led and cob ) does not produce any heat + those lights are given to create both white and warm white effects + it is not necessary to lit up all lights at one time.anyone ( client) can lit those lights as per their choice
