What a beautiful game. It's a shame that we rarely get to see Frank Paladins. They're one of the quintessential units in AoE2. Fantastic game for the Poles. Excellent way to hold and to take advantage of their ability to field massive armies. However, I don't understand why the pros rarely rely on winged hussars. They are easier to mass, they free gold to train other units (e.g., arbalesters and siege), and in high enough numbers, their trample damage can destroy even heavy armored units like the Paladin. In any case, who am I to question the decisions that clearly worked in this game? Excellent cast as always.
25:37: Oof that wasn’t a good engagement. Castle wasn’t denied. I’d have attacked dracken with the cavs from the other double gate to outflank them and thereby take out the trebs while surrounding the paladins. He wasted a lot of time in that tight nook with the obuchs in front and not having the cavs in the action. That extra time to get them in the fight could’ve been better used with having them slam the Frank in the back. Beast of a battle though! That relic supremacy was a definitive factor
I wanted poles to win but thought franks were winning. Great game of massive battle with nail biting suspense . I am fan of Massive brute force battle. I would suggest to make playlist for same.
19:25 it is because of how poles rely on quantity that the last attack upgrade is a must. 14 attack will do 9 on paladins ehile 16 attack will do 11 which is 22%ish more damage over all. He should have made it a prio?

Awesome hold by Purple, but when the winged horsies appeared, he knew it was GG.

20 Cavaliers for 600 Gold. Sounds like Saul Goodman trying to make a sale.

Our boy, Vinchester!
Man I love this map
Amazing game
Difference between paladins quantity and cavaliers quantity is equal to number of cavalers that was created by "relic gold" xD

This game makes me angry. This was the perfect opportunity to watch Frankish palas vs Polish hussars go at it.
