It is amazing to see how home gym DIY has evolved. I remember 5 or so years ago all the DIY videos for home gym we for getting rust off plates and bars and painting used plates.
I don't understand why no one has came up with a linebacker attachment or something like it where it attaches to the end of a jammer arm. Hack squats could be done facing or away, weights could be added to the arm or the attachment, could also be used for pressing or pulling movements ?? What do you think? You are the inventor.
Hi brother! I would love to ask you for a tip. I want to upgrade our local gym peck deck machine with extended movable handles. I saw your videos about DIY lateral raise machine and noticed the way you attached handles to the machine with tubes and fixed caster bases. Do you thing this approach would be possible also for a peck deck machine where you move a bit more weight? Would the caster base joint handle twisting motion force? Thank you! Love your stuff!

I absolutely love this community!! So many great ideas ❣️🏋🏼♀️ Thanks for the SO my friend!!
Absolutely! Thanks for always inspiring me!
Great vid! The stability ball against the wall works well with a 5 foot barbell or curl bar.
Thanks! I haven't seen it with a 5ft bar but that seems pretty legit.
I was recently at the TULUM Jungle Gym and it was awesome!
Dude, I am so jealous!
How I love good diy’s Bro !
Same! I can't get enough!

I think it could work. Each caster has a weight capacity listed. I'd go for something very robust so you know it won't break
What do you use for the track? And where do you get it?
My man Eric Johnson.... after this weekend gonna be weird lookin at him without a beard again 😂
