To be honest, this was why Activision sent the C&D, because how are they going to compete against their own product when the modders make better stuff.

In some cases it looks good like Weaponized 115 but they do go over the top in the newer games with it and make it drastically different. Especially with blueprints, if it uses the like “second” part of the master camos it looks awful

The aw maps came out so soon because they was already released months ago for h1-mod and actually its not that hard to port maps from some of the older cods it took me 4 days to learn how to do it from scratch but ive now managed to get mw3 dome ported there is a tool zonetools and x64-zt which automate most of the porting to convert it but theres still some manual things to adjust and its not fool proof there wasnt much documentation how to use the tool and how to fix missing files errors etc
Not every cod is supported it's mostly COD 4 MW2 MW3 AW and MW2CR that u can port maps from because the support of other games like ghosts and iw it's broken and doesn't really function yet the tools are constantly being updated with fixes and improvements
also the reason activision shut it down is cause its a mod that changes one whole game into a clone of another whole game, thats why it doesnt matter that you need to buy mwr to play the mod
Could you imagine esports teams making their own gun skins? That'd be sick of that became the norm. Just make your own skins. Take away one of Activisions main money makers. Would be cool to change the avatars slightly as well.
Not sure how many AW maps would play well with MW2 movement. Maybe Solar? I think they should at minimum add some ladders, crates, and ramps to the AW maps to make them more playable if they're going to include them.
They're all technically playable, but maps like Perplex, Bio Lab, and Horizon are gonna play weirdly with MW2 movement. Most maps are going to have at least one spot where you can't flow both ways without the ability to exo jump. If the AW maps are going to be anything more than a novelty, they should be tweaked a little.
You have to rename them to whatever calling card it is you’re replacing, make an images folder in your MWR root folder, and put them in there. Same also goes for camos

Well Dome hasn’t been made for H2M at least to my knowledge so I couldn’t help you with that. The AW maps were already ported to MWR for the H1 mod so they just also work for H2M. Regarding links I’m not going to be giving anything out having to do with H2M but the download for the URL for the AW maps is on the AW server in the server browser in my last video.
If anyone is having hard time finding servers to play on I created a fix for the in-game server browser. Video tutorial is on my channel! Has some cool features and more are to come.
Someone can easily make an installer for this mod. To make it easier for casuals. I could make an installer, but people can can't trust anything they install, unfortunately.
then dont? your save data for H2M is stored locally on a file called "players2" so it would take just finding an unlock all and replacing that file with one with everything already unlocked to bypass the grind

people are hosting their own servers, it runs of the game files for mwr but doesnt open the game, people have compiled a server list together on a .json file you can add to the directory and then a server browser appears next time you in game for h2m servers.
people modified the EXE to add in a new master server, but you can connect to servers without a master server, use ` to open the command prompt and type connect [server IP address goes here]
If they start trying to control how we play this game! Tellings us what we can have and not have IM DONE PLAYING THIS!. The reason why MW3 is almost 200 plus gigs on PCs and consoles is because they flood the store with all of these overpriced bundles and they load those bundles onto the storage of your console or PC instead of leaving it on server side until you bought that bundle... It's essentially a new age version of DLC on disc but now it's store-bought bundles on your SSD that take up space even if you're never going to buy them...

They all play well. The mantle range is lower and AW had a no exo mode so the maps were already made with that in mind
