Most calculators are not set up well to do this. You would need to calculate 1/16 = 0.0625, so for 7' 3 1/16 you would need to do 7*12 = 84 inches + 3 inches + 0.0625 inches. How do you input inches on a regular calculator. I find the 1/16 parts so confusing. Im a metric person
