You’re f amazing man! Thanks for the content
and you're amazing for the comment sorry for the late follow up I've been reorganizing everything and finally got to this!
Great stuff. You have an interesting background and are honest about the industry.
that's because I grew up in it and have been a deckhand, trained chef, licensed captain, etc... It's not my passion it's my universe.
Great vid
thanks Joli!! :)
Very interesting video. Trying to learn about this at 16.
Thanks for watching - my only disclaimer to you is that yacht brokers don't make that much money if I was 16 I'd get a job making as much money as possible while spending as little as possible and invest in an IRA, live at home until you can afford you own, build a business that cashflows that you can sell and then buy a yacht. Honestly i don't recommend people become yacht brokers, it's a grind.
very helpful
Glad to hear that
Nick, I admire your accomplishments and level of skill and knowledge in this field. If only I had a fraction of your knowledge. My dream is to start a yacht chartering business and scale it as you have done. I'm 22 and currently have a 47 sea ray sedan in Miami. Please continue to share your wisdom, brother!
22 with a 47 sea ray? How’d that come about if you don’t mind me asking?
sorry for the late reply. let me know how we can help. we recently launched www.cardozayachts.com
are you asking where he got the money for his boat? that' snot a nice question lol that's like saying "hey nice rolls Royce, where did you find the money to buy that ?". lol idk if I'm old school or something but that's weird lol
Nick thanks for bringing this video out. Very informative. I am a Master unlimited and been working on cruise ships for 11 years as a senior officer and then after for the past 8 years I shifted in the yacht industry and working on 143m to 160m yachts as Chief officer and Captain. Currently am on a private 160 m . I am planning for family reasons to quit sailing and shifting in to brokerage ..do you think that my maritime background fits in ? Thanks in advance!
hey sorry for the late response feel fret reach out to me directly pal. sounds like it could be a good move for you yes.
Interesting
BAM!

Are you able to buy a yaught with creative owner financing with 0% down if you present a good enough deal
Always ready to make a deal :)
I am in sales, my business is currently making $500k in over all gross income. Average sales for a year is 1.3million in 2019 I sold $2.77 million and made $590k that year. I am in sells. So what is your advice for getting into this business other than bringing a benefit to a company? I have many questions and interest.
What exactly do you sell?
@@Dan-hd8ud I sell custom metal workshops and carports in south Texas.
sounds like you make enough money pal stick to what you know. yachting is not for you.
How much can you make a year doing what you do @@MrYachts
Is there any chance I can learn the knowledge from you to become a yacht broker?
Instagram? Threads?
instawhat? no lol probably not.
Hey i am from India and i want to look forward a proper career in yachts selling business wana know more about it I wana learn and earn
then get a job.
How much do you make a year
which year? lol
@@MrYachts i didn't say how much you made in a year. Lmao. Cut the act and get rid of your ego. You're such a selfish person dude
@@darioxbrow9223 my bad I read "How much do you make a year". Not sure how to answer that. Also not sure how that makes a person selfish. My answer stands as is because we don't make money per year we make per deal. What do you mean by "cut the act"?
@@nickcardozaa sorry what? Who are you? And how can you be making deals when you can't even interpret such an easy message?
@@darioxbrow9223 I have to honestly say I have no idea what you're talking about.
Fid you see Tony Smith left Denison and statted his own company? Minted yachts. Sounds pretentious like he's deliberately going avter that younger crypto NFT generation of buyer and probably is. I mean, I know why he left and I'm sure you do too, I'm not saying why but I think he had it coming. The vibes you know. Anyway, let me know if you need a washed up deckhand.
Never heard of him to be honest.
"Promo sm"
nah
Are you in Europe? can you take me under your wings
I am in Miami. I don't know what you mean by wings - if you want a job, I hire people that like to work really hard. LMK!
@@MrYachtsI'm ready to work hard. Can you tell me everything about it
Nice Nick, this would’ve been great for me a year ago haha 🥲
haha what do you mean?! 😱
Are you a yacht broker now
