The comment you mentioned actually requests that he retakes the video but with footage from his stream on the play, but for any other videos including him, there's no confirmation or indication whether he gave permission for the usage of his plays. I just think that including whoever permitted their plays to be used in the description would be a good idea so no conflicts happen. And also to not repeat what Kurami did when he was doing those comparisons.
