The celebration of food, and companionship, gives me such hope for mankind! The joys of communal eating, and sharing company. I've really enjoyed this tour. Thank you Mark for taking us to this wonderful destination.

@@hwfq34fajw9foiffawdiufhuaiwfhw actually 40% of employment is women. They prefer to work in indoor jobs like office, domestic, education etc and ge free around 5. And they don't prefer eating on roadside restaurants but fancier places. Check 'ukhano' on youtube. Mark went to slums and labour markets for authentic flavour where women dont go coz lack of ambience. Its just culture for women to not go to stag markets but fun places instead like shoping centres, bazars, malls and indoor restaurants. These markets mark went is where poor labourers eat.
Why am I getting emotional knowing that this is their last day in Pakistan? Huhuhu! Thank you Mark for showing us that Pakistan is not all about chaos and wars but instead a wonderful paradise and also the warm and welcoming pakistanis! My views totally changed now. Love from Filipina girl 😘💕❤ Insallah ❤🙏
We have everything....north snow caped mountain desert people cities forests etc so food have large variety and of course beaches and yes fish is widely eaten here....
I don’t want the Pakistani food tour ever to end. Mark just become a citizen of Pakistan and stay there for good and I promise to follow your league afterwards. Lol. I just love Pakistan and now I love you guys more. Pakistan is the best and I wish I can come visit soon. Love from NJ.
Leo if you like to come and visit Pakistan i can arrange your trip and take you to places, am Pakistani citizen but living in Australia. I can atleast guide you well.
I agree with the majority of the people here. This is your best series yet. Pakistan is awesome! Thank you for showing us that. People are so wonderful. I feel like I've become a better person from watching this, as exaggerated and dramatic as that may sound. Haha! Love to Pakistan from the Philippines!
Thanks for your good support and first time I see some body from philipion loving our country I work with philipinoes in dobai but may be they don't like because they don't know much about our lovely country so you can help to support our country to show these types of vlogs again thank you
Mohammad Jalal yeah, all the love Mark gets as a stranger in Pakistan. Media saids otherwise. You can tell how friendly people are when they see a man with a huge camera but come and greet Mark with laughs and smiles. Bravo Pakistan ✌🏻
From now, when peoples ask me what do you know about pakistan? I will tell them, Pakistan is one of the most beautifull country in the world, one of the most friendly peoples ever, and absolutely one of the best streetfood heaven in the entire world.. Thx kiu mark.. You are the best..

A sumptuous feasts. I am watching this at 7:23am here in Memphis Tennessee, and I am definitely drooling with these seafood feasts. My mouth is really watering! !
“Thank you for reminding us that we live in a beautiful country” - this sums up his whole trip to Pakistan. Thank you Mark & Ali for changing our perception to this beautiful country. Amazing food but truly the highlight here is how loving, hospitable and caring Pakistani’s are. Much love and respect from a Filipino.
I am from bangladesh living in riyadh, saudi arabia. After watching all these episodes I want to visit Pakistan. A heaven for meat lovers. Thanks Mark. Love your work.
What I love about Mark is he blends in well with any culture. He has high respect for everyone and no hint of discomfort in any situation he's in even though he's not accustomed to the weather, culture, people he's surrounded with. Kudos Mark!!! You're the best food vlogger out here on YT!
After watching this series, I am adding Pakistan to my bucket list. The hospitality there is amazing and the food looks great. Thank you Mark for showing us how amazing Pakistan is.
Ms.Charli you are most welcome. You will have a great time enjoying different cuisines and hospitality of the people and not to forget breath taking views in the north.

I'd love to come visit you, from one Hawke's Bay brother to another brother and sister in Pakistan! Keep doing what you're doing :)
@@peruviantardfish Thanks for the new info and for such a nice comment. So our beach and your beach in New Zealand are name twins :) cute! I'm from Karachi and we have numerous beaches here in the city but I'm listing the famous ones below: a) Sea View beach (more accessible and almost inside the city. Lively environment and fun to visit, though peaceful in the daytime and early morning with only joggers or early birds walking around, crowded on evenings, weekends, holidays). b) Hawke's Bay beach (a lil further from the main city with medium number of people visiting, more on weekends/holidays though). c) Sandspit beach (a lil more further further from the city lol, almost same as hawk's bay in vastness and beauty). d) French beach (more further and exclusive, better to stay overnight as it's far from the city, people visit it quite less and book huts/cabins beforehand. it has lovely white sands and secluded areas). Ohkay what did I miss? Hmm oh yeah! e) Somiani beach (that's far off too, outside Karachi near Baluchistan border, beautiful blue clear sea and golden sands and hills surrounding it, distance is too long though but I've heard it's worth the drive). Sorry for the long comment, hope it helps anyone who wants to visit Karachi's seasides and our diversity of food and fun.
Pakistan seems awesome. The Pakistanis I have met have been great people. I will visit. I will bring all my friends from Guangzhou. Long live Pakistan and our friendship. May your flag fly proudly forever. Love from your neighbor, China!
Shen kuo, thanks alot for your good coment,I have already visted your city Guangzhou in 2008 & stayed there for 2 weeks, ofcourse it is beautifull city, long live Pakchina friendship..
As someone born and raised in Karachi, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your appreciation of our culture has been such an eye opener for us, and for people across the globe. I honestly agree with what Alizeh said. As a Pakistani we’ve suffered a lot due to global politics, the war on terror and our own corrupt politicians. This honestly made me appreciate my culture a lot more. Love from the bottom of every Pakistani’s heart for reminding us and the world of our beautiful culture.❤️ Take care and we’ll be glad to have you back, anytime.
Waow trending #3 in United States of America im Pakistani americian currently live in #houston Texas thanks Mark too show the peaceful and loving people of pakistan I'm visiting pakistan in this summer ..

Was anyone else was sad 😢when Mark said he was flying back to Bangkok? This series was amazing I still can't saw thank enough after watching every video you've made on your beautiful😍 Pakistan trip.
Honestly I got tears in my eyes when he said he is going back. He showed the beauty around us in the last few weeks, and I was just waiting for more and more videos of my country.
It's actually because, CNN,BBC and specially Indian media made Pakistan a utopia for the world. World thought, that Pakistanis were 10 feet tall, Dracula teeths, always fight each other, sniper on the roof of every home, and bla bla bla. But after seeing these original videos, the peoples like you specially shocked, that what western media showed about Pakistan yet.
I am sad this series ended...it was awesome..thanks for bringing the culture of our neighbors to the fore...wish to go there at least once in this lifetime..
Thank you for taking me around the world. To be honest I've only heard of Pakistan in negative context. So this was truly a learning experience. Thank you
With your heritage, you should see if you can combine Italian and Pakistani cuisine and make something epic. Perhaps something like Pasta Nihari ? Or Haleem mixed with Shrimp Scampi ? I'm just making stuff up that doesn't make sense but seriously, you can embark on a culinary voyage which noone else can. Good luck.
This entire series of Pakistan has been amazing. I cant believe how sad I am that this was the last one. Beautiful people, traditions, and food! Thanks for sharing
This was the best food tour series I've seen Mark. It has made want to travel to Pakistan. The Pakistani People are amazing, so kind and hospitable.... and their food looks brilliant!
Mark, you deserve some kind of an award for these series about Pakistan food and people. I bet you would place first. I personally want to thank you for discovering such a beautiful country and bringing so much joy into my life.
As an Indian, I would like to confess that this Pakistan series has been your best series ever😀 Im dying to visit my family friends in Pakistan, and experience this amazing culture and anazing nation of beautiful people🙋❤ I've not missed a single video of yours on this amazing journey to Pakistan❤👦

Thankyou Mark for showing us what Pakistan really is. This is something the usa and western media has failed to do so. I was a student in Stockholm and Karlstad Sweden. The Swedish government paid 600 Kronors to me for my thesis. That was such a wonderful gesture. I said to myself that day, if I ever meet a Swedish person, I would pay with my hospitality and gratitude. It would mean the world to me if you ever visit Pakistan and allow me to show you around. It would be an honor. Thank you and your amazing country for supporting the thesis of a foreigner. I love Sweden and I wish you all the best from my heart.

Even if this video was not about my country tears welled up in my eyes because Pakistan is shown here as it is, all sides of it. Mark besides being very good is not perfect which shows in the video and that is exactly what makes me relate to him. This series is just inspiring. Pakistan just come as you are, we love you.
I'm so going to miss this. Love you Mark you are a great soul. Specially thank you for opening a small youtube window on the other side of border[in Gilgit] which we had no idea about due to media. Love to all Pakistanis from Indian Occupied Kashmir
I got tired to hear people say about Pakistan and the war zone. Like Mark Wiens, I like food, music and friendly people. People of Pakistan should rebuild the country and have an open door to the world to visit
Dude checkout the new visa policy for tourist you can easily come in Pakistan. We are rebuilding the country but it'll take some time. You can enjoy food, art, beautiful deserts, mountains, lakes and many more in Pakistan.
I've really enjoyed this Pakistan series. I'm from an area in the UK with a sizable minority of people of Pakistani heritage and origin, so I like to think I know a bit about, albeit Anglicised, Pakistani food, so this has been a great eye-opener as everything seemed very familiar but just "a bit more", if you know what I mean. Some of the stuff I suspect is not legal to sell in the UK these days, namely brain, but I have certainly had lamb brain curry in the 80s and the chapli kebabs, neither of which I have seen nor even heard of since then. When I first started eating Pakistani food in the early 80s it was mostly at late night places run by little old fellas for their friends out of a dodgy looking kitchen on a run-down street. It was cheap as you like, I think that I paid less than a pound for a basic keema curry, three chapattis, salad, and raita. Places like that with the best food went on to become very successful restaurants or even chains. Tastes change, and the flavours these days are very different than then, with less emphasis on fenugreek/asafoetida. I like going to the fancy places but I do wish there were more of the old-fashioned mucky curry shops. And if nothing else this series has given me, at 51 years old, the ambition to get to the Hunza Valley before my time is up - what a beautiful place.
Appreciate your comments, I agree when any eatery becomes fancy, the taste changes. , not sure which place your are in UK but if you haven't tried Southall in London, just give it a try, you may spend about 10 pounds on a mutton or chicken dish including butter nan and desert. good luck for that trio to Hunza.
Jonathan Finan your Are Welcome to pakistan as a living citizen of Lahore Pakistan I Can tell you some of the peoples are stillselling the same curry you eat in the early 80s in Lahore and many other places in pakistan soo hunza is might be the hot spot for you but you and rewind your old memories in lahore karachi Gujrat Peshawar Balochistan and many other places with loveable people's.
" What a wonderful Pakistan.. awesome food and welcoming People., Because of this series videos of Mark i can't wait to see the beauty of this Country. "Thank you for highlighting this place. ❤❤❤

@@peruviantardfish Thanks for the new info and for such a nice comment. So our beach and your beach in New Zealand are name twins :) cute! I'm from Karachi and we have numerous beaches here in the city but I'm listing the famous ones below:
a) Sea View beach (more accessible and almost inside the city.

I wish u come. It's a Paradise on Earth.
Appreciate your comments, I agree when any eatery becomes fancy, the taste changes. , not sure which place your are in UK but if you haven't tried Southall in London, just give it a try, you may spend about 10 pounds on a mutton or chicken dish including butter nan and desert. good luck for that trio to Hunza.
you are most welcome you will be treated like grandfather fellowhuman being 🤗
Jonathan Finan your Are Welcome to pakistan as a living citizen of Lahore Pakistan I Can tell you some of the peoples are stillselling the same curry you eat in the early 80s in Lahore and many other places in pakistan soo hunza is might be the hot spot for you but you and rewind your old memories in lahore karachi Gujrat Peshawar Balochistan and many other places with loveable people's.
Jonathan Finan well you’re in luck, our Government announced visa on arrival for 55 countries including UK, starting from January I believe
