I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.

    • @alexyoung3126

Dividends are dope. Personally, I sometimes use my dividends to buy other dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same stock. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you’re investing in the first place and that’s what’s important. Salute for the content!

I have kept my eye out over the years whenever there is a printed review of portfolio management software. I can say unequivocally that there is not a better all-around portfolio management software program out there today. IAM handles everything... even those esoteric transactions that no one thinks about talking about in the media. And, Quicken is not sophisticated enough to handle the transactions as seamlessly as IAM. IAM is a GEM⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Normally during this time of year, we see certain stocks rise in the market, but that is very unlikely this season due to the recession and overall economic crisis. The issue is that I've been holding a lot of stocks hoping to sell for profit this month, but I'm not sure if I should keep holding or sell, I've been running at a loss since Q2 and 2023 is really not looking favorable for investors. The market hasn't been looking good since COVID, and it's only going to get worse by 2023; you should sell.

The market will continue to slide, so I recommend you conduct critical analysis on the companies you own and their data projections over the next few years. Even better, you could have an investment adviser help you restructure your overall portfolio and offset the bad apples you're holding; that strategy has worked for me so far, saving me a lot of stress and anxiety, and it's also very time efficient.

It's pretty straightforward, just buy a good cross section of an economy and you should do well over the long term. The market will be high in 10 to 20 years, and significantly higher in 30. It's almost impossible for a company with no debt to go bankrupt. The U.S. is about 50% of the global marketplace, Pay yourself first. It's time in the market, not timing the market. Last year I invested 200 grand in the S&P 500/ an allocation fund (with the help of my advisor Jane Marie Kunak of course) and it returned 370k, but guess what? I put it back and reinvested. Now I’m rounding up close to a million.

Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. Exactly why i enjoy my day to day market decisions being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not outperform, been using a portfolio-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over $800k.
