Belly Dancing Fitness class - demo

My name is Mar and I facilitate a belly dancing fitness class in Los Angeles County. This video you will hear more about Move and Radiate, Inc. and see a demo of what class offers. It is a fun workout that requires no experience. You can burn up to 400 cal in the hour. As an instructor, I will challenge you and motivate you to push your limits and step out of your comfort zone.
Classes are on Saturday mornings at 10:45AM. Zoom is also offered. I also provide private classes for groups.
