My question is: How can you know if the reason for not moving is due to , 1) your product is not good enough or it is because you 2) chose the wrong 10 people. And, since you can't really know, you can go around in circles of self doubt.
you could try giving the same product to 2 or 3 more (different) groups of people and if still no one is talking about it then you need to make a better product. If a group has members that talks about it then you are gaining insight about the type of poeple you need to focus on talking to... hope this helps!
