Finally see a big screen television in a box against the wall. My vote is for any form of vehicle racing versus the tunes. 90% of the time anyway. What an awesome set of cabinets. Hell, they would look good in my kitchen, but my wife would pitch a fit. 😂🤣
@@therealdiegoalunan ordered my husky heavy duty cabinets about a month ago when hd had a 24 hour sale. Picked up from hd. One of the large ones was damaged p badly. Husky customer service sucked my only option was to be put on the parts list which was back ordered with no eta. I called my cc company and disputed the whole charge. Hopefully it goes through
Looks great, Matt and OG gang. After all that work, maybe Kyle can ditch the Husky and get an OG spec level. You may be interested in the Stabila brand, specifically the digital tech line with audible alarm. Kyle can stay in the cabinet and hear when he hits level. Keep up the great work!
love everything about this entire project , you should really invest in a " tape boss " for your tape measures , its an ingenious device . big love from Ireland guys .
I do the same thing when I’m going fast. 3/8” +1 when I’m doing something on the fly. I would never write that down but it is a better way. I’ve never seen anyone else do that hahah
@@ObsessedGarage actually the quality is good, been using them in a shop environment for years. Its really not about the quality at that point though , your show casing products that probably cost well over 50k and the percentage of people that can afford it is very low. even if you could afford you probably are too rich to get your hands dirty so whats the point??
Lol seriously. Any actual real technician wouldn’t care about 90% of what they are selling and talking about. There are zero commercial applications using this type of set up. This is purely for looks. I’d like to know how well it holds up after a few years of actual heavy use…
I'm curious about mounting the TV on the back panels. At first I thought there wouldn't be any back panels where the TV would be hanging; but there definitely are back panels. Most mounts I've seen are 16" across for bolts in studs. Anyway, just wondering how the tv mount was attached?

Love how Sonic does their roller hide-away setup. Having at least one rolling cabinet is so useful to me, especially if I have a lift in the garage.
Thanks for the change in music!

and here I am trying to decide whether I need a 30" or 44" cabinet HAHA
Exactly! I was excited to get a stocked molded plastic box of around 300 cobalt tools 😂.
Me too I’m here watching after receiving my Home Depot Black Friday special husky cabinets .. Matt can you pull my garage please :)
I meant. Pimp my garage *

Really have to adopt the metric system already... 😂
So glad you dropped those fire green zip ups!!!!!
Those are some legit cabinets bru. Mine are nearly as sweet as those, but cabinets are a absolute must when building up your garage.
Getting great ideas for my 3 car garage in a few years!!! Can’t wait to see what will be available for it when we build our house

Stabila is life.
Matt, I admire your Sonic tool collection. Did my first order from them last month. Top notch.
Nice set up by the who.
These are of course beyond awesome , but I sure love the Sabre cabinets at Matt and Michelle’s home.

Forged in a volcano
It's gonna be beautiful when it's done but man you are selling it hard! Nice job... 🤙
Looks really good Matty!!
OK the beginning is the funniest damn thing ever I have the same issue with the tape measure except mine actually has a measurements written on it😆
Invisible Glass glass cleaner is da bomb!
Truly a professional and top quality install. Looks incredible.
Great setup, inspiring 👍
I just bought Metric tape measures to stop this madness of fractions when measuring things.
I’m Obsessed with the intro music! Can anybody please share what it is?
So did this guy just give you a blank check and say run with it? Crazy

I do construction aswell and I do the same. 3/8 plus or minus. Someone said it on atv show I watched years ago and it stuck
Sony and Samsung need to see that clip of you setting up the tv. Every time I set one up it’s the same thing.
Listening to how Mike has to try and interpret Matt’s measuring system at 3:09 😂😂😂
Ha, ha....
That's a beautiful garage you guys put together. Being that big, it could have gone really bad had someone else done it.
Will you do a cost breakdown ?
home depot is a great option for 1/4 of cost
Ha, ha... Yeah...they are "almost" as good.

Matt vs Mike arm wrestle.
Sick sick sick. 👍
I'm going to start measuring in baby lines.... seems legit.
This garage install makes me happy!
LOL Matt and I read the tape measure the same way.
Cool!
end cabinets need to be mirrored
Daddy needs to start using a metric tape. 😀

Never mind; this question is answered in episode 8. I didn't realize there was another ep. about the audio. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Top large drawer should be sockets. No debate. :)
They wouldn't fit.
Any issues putting the MSS+ cabinets on top of the Swisstrac?
No, it works well. I've had no issues.
Should have relocated the thermostat before installing the cabinets. It looks janky pulled out to the side.
Ha, ha... Oh boy. We can build a million dollar garage, and some people sit there looking for mistakes. It was fixed at the end.

Legit.
metric is soo much easier than baby lines, just so you know...
Matt should just get all metric tape measures so that he doesn't have to say baby lines anymore.
yeah Matt should just start using metric and stop screwing around with that messy system :D
imagine if you guys just used metric measurements haha
that top drawer milwaukee layout seems like a colossal waste of space... but i guess he has space to waste
