You can look at ACCA standard 4 for cleaning and servicing for condenser coil. I would clean from the outside in including clean out leaves and grass clippings from the inside and apply a condenser foam and use a hose sprayer not a pressure washer you can clean and spray at the end from the outside. To check coil is clean use a flashlight you should be able to see light from outside indicating a clean coil. You could use a air hose and blower as well prior to using any cleaners but not convinced that really adds much more than using water to clean.
Nice video man, if you're gonna be rocking no cooling calls this summer definitely want to stock up on some parts so you don't have to run and get it. Amrad Turbo200 capacitors can get you out of a pinch and cover up to like 90mfd, they're expensive but worth it when you need it.
