I feel your pain dude. I had to lab yang (and all the bosses really) for hours especially with that chip nonsense. But Yang took way longer for sure. You're 100% gonna get it very soon though.

@@Koipit it’s in a lot of his older vids, he tries to sweep and snap kick grounded enemies and misses, I haven’t really noticed it much in newer vids

When I first play this I just let them talk and let me talk and doing the good blue thing so I won't hurt them I will but I don't want to if they don't get out of my way then I will hit them

Thank you. I started attempting this around 500 hours of gameplay. Practicing bosses for the wude ending probably took 1-2 hours *per* boss. I can't recall how many hours the actual run took to complete but more than 20 I know that lol.

Old man is the way I agree lol. Main reason I didn't do that is because it would have made the run easier but I'll do some old man stuff in the future for sure hehe.

@Koipit Old man story stuff I think. Just cause I don't think I seen a playthrough of Sifu being beaten as an old man with also no damage. Have seen one with no deaths but no damage as old man would be next best thing. 😊

@@gameinggirl3157 How much time do you have played? If I'm being honest most of the pattern recognition is just due to experience and time played.
@@Koipit ngl I don’t really know but I play on master I just can’t beat Yang
@@gameinggirl3157 Tbh idek where to start with yang. A simple strategy in phase 1 is to attack him, and sometimes this will cause him to dodge your attack, after this he'll do a double claw with weird timing but you can avoid it and then punish that with two heavies and a sweep. In phase 2, you can bait out his snap kick from range. He will do two attacks, if you avoid both, he will then do a sweep every time. You can avoid the sweep and punish.
That's a very crude summary and not pro strats by any means, but they are definitely some of the easiest to get the hang of. Many players will recommend learning to parry tf out of him which is also a good strategy to build his structure really fast, but when I was a new player I did the avoid > punish > sweep strategy

You can buffer both attacks into each other, so while your character is doing the crotch punch, you should already be inputting palm strike, and vice versa. It's fast, but with practice you will get it :)
