I started mala jaap in this sawan (spring following hindu Callender) and i found all my pain , sadness, guilt, anxiety and worries oosing out of my eyes while im chanting ram nam and hare krishna mala .I know and I've realised that im healing from within and this has just uplifted my soul so much.
