2:23 This part is sooo important , I‘ve tried the kickover for a long time and never got it , I was also afraid of kicking over , then I tried this tipp and got my first kickover on the second day trying it with that tipp . Now I almost got a backwalkover ! I‘m so thankful for this video ❤️

For real, I've been doing this mistake for so long and i didn't knew was blocking me to kickover. Im still practicing this but im starting to get close to kickover fully :)

I can do it but I keep bending my arms and putting my head on the floor! Can someone give me some advise?
Make sure to tighten your arms! I had the same problem but tightening uiur arms and thinking you can kickover i got it!

Maybe you can try doing a backward roll with straight arms? Or you can do a front kick over with straight arms.
What you want to do is get you feet close and tighten those arms and legs and take a really big kick I use to struggle with this stuff too.

Can anyone tell me which one is easier either a back walkover or a front walkover in my opinion I think a backwalkover is easier because in a front walkover you have to practise landing in a bridge and also practise getting up from a bridge

This video is very helpful but the thing is when I get into my bridge I can’t stay up long because I’m scared then I turn over and hurt myself so how can you make sure your not scared
try getting someone to spot your bridge on the first few tries maybe

Does the pelvic tilt actively from a posterior tilt to anterior tilt? Or does it occur naturally due to the legs coming over the top?
I’m having trouble with the timing of events involving shoulders/arm rotation , pelvic tilting, legs kicking ?
When does the second leg start pushing the floor, in relation to the first leg flexing back?
Whenever ever I try to kick over from my bridge, i feel like there’s so much weight on my lower body making it harder for me to kick over. Any advice ???
I think the advice at 2:23 is important, since you change your center of gravity to the middle/other side already a bit. Should make it way easier

What you did in the beginning was a walkover not a kickover.
