- As people age and change so do their nutritional needs. Eating healthy is a key element in maintaining a good quality of life into your senior years. We spoke with Dr. Amy Lee at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles and asked, what kind of nutrition is best for seniors?
Very informative. Thank you.
What makes saturated fats bad for your health is the sugar and in the bread.
Many tend to forget about cellular hydration & cellular mineralization... As people are the body loses more water content... especially within women's bodies. This is why 90% of the women un America are dehydrated, no matter how much water they drink.. due to drinking dead water instead of living water. At least she did mention water & dehydration; although she did not differentiate between living water & dead water... More emphasis is often given to food opposed to cellyoat hydration with living water.

Saturated fats and coconut oil is alot way better for you health than the vegetable seed oil which is not a vegetable it's a seed it comes from the seed which aren't vegetables.
Dr Lee is brown bread good for you????
Vegetable seed oil or are mega 6 aren't made from vegetables they made from seeds. Seeds are not vegetables.
nice shiners!
I think saturated fats are good for your health.
This may be the exception to the usual bad idea of using a computer generated voice over. This is a person who claims to be a medical Doctor Who is unable to speak basic grammatical English. Yes, it is obvious she is of Asian extract however her very strong lack of an Asian accent does in fact make one think that she can speak comprehensible grammatically correct English. Sadly and obviously not the case here.
She is Butt.
