He has immortality so he can never ever die + he's the Anti-virus for virus codes, virus programs, and merge into that code or program and re-write them. So at the end of the movie Smith shoved his hand into Neo's chest so that means Neo can merge and delete the program Smith, so Basically Neo should've never died at the end of the 3rd movie
The only thing is he’s mortal just like everybody else. He basically has every good superpower except invulnerability. So if somebody catches him off guard, he will die.

He does know kryptonian martial arts and yoga though, it's one of the main reasons why he does not crush everything he touches, it also helps him keep a clear mind and not become very volatile!
God? Nah, he's still fairly limited. He's nowhere near characters like Thanos with the Infinite Gauntlet, Dark Phoenix or Legion, that can literally rewrite reality at will. He can't teleport. He can't just make the whole planet vanish by blinking. He cannot create life. He has no omniscience. He is not ubiquitous. He cannot manipulate minds. He cannot make ice warm and fire cold.

Whether its restrictions in his Source Code or other factors, he should be able to manipulate the "reality" of the Matrix at will, possibly even rewriting it entirely. Whether he isnt aware, chooses not to, or the Deus Ex Machina limits him is unclear. So he could potentially be that powerful but only in the Matrix. It's only potential though and hasn't been depicted so the point is effectively moot in terms of comparison to other "godlike" characters. If he is shown a greater degree of control in Ressurections who knows.

I never understood why neo couldn’t just destroy smith and everyone else in the 2 sequels… it’s almost a bit like Metroid where you lose all your gear at the beginning of the game. Neo should be able to beat everyone after his powers unlock. Why can’t he just jump into all the smiths in the fight in the park in reloaded? 🤷🏼♂️
