this is genious!! i love this !!
Thanks Krystal! So happy to hear you loved it!
Do you have a video on how to continue this with a hanger section? This is an excellent demonstration. Thank you. Mine broke.
Hi Do; glad you enjoyed the video. I'm not sure what you mean by how to continue this with a hanger section?
@@BirdzofaFeather I have a glass ball that I want to hang in a net like this. It was originally in a net that has since broken. It was exactly like the one you made except the net continued up over the ball that looks like the left photo in your thumbnail photo. I want to re net it so I can hang it and your instructions are excellent but they stop at the top of the bowl you use.
@@DOLfirst oh, thanks for clarifying! In that case, you'll be weaving it like I did in this video, but the closure will be at the top instead: ruclips.net/video/96ud4uE5i8M/видео.html. I didn't weave a handle, but to do it, you would loop the end across from one side to the other, then wrap the cord around til you reach the other side. Then weave back and forth through the loops to strengthen. You can watch this video from the 18:00 min mark to see how how Mikko Snellman does the handle - and you'll be able to figure it out :) - Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/ZtqwXX68lJg/видео.html
@@BirdzofaFeather thank you so much!!!
@@DOLfirst you're so welcome. Please let me know how it goes :)
How much yarn for the complete globe? 4/29/24
Its a good video but why is there random click clacking around every time you move? I had to turn the sound off.
thanks! sorry about the sound; my camera does that when it tries to re-focus.
I love this float!
But please, the background Muzak sounds like a needle stuck on a vinyl record. Please, no more Muzak.
Thanks; old habits die hard lol. I'll see what I can do!

It all depends on the size of your globe. I used less than a spool for this one.
