Blimey he saws as fast as a fiddlers elbow playing the Flight of the Bumble Bee! An informative video blessed by no awful music or equally dire narration. Thank you!
Wow!. I'm really impressed with your innovative ideas and shortcuts to bottle cutting. I have never done woodwork before but I actually think even "I" can follow your instructions! ;-) Thanks very much for your lesson.
Ridiculous amount of haters for such a great video, you would think you have done something controversial. This is a great video, thank you for the tip, ignore the urbanite naysayers who couldn't craft their way out of a wet paper sack.
Nice easy build! Wish I would have come across this vid before I built the one I made last week, which cost me as much in parts as one you can buy online.
Great video. I did not understand what held the glass cutter in place though. I understand the hole for adjusting up and down, but what keeps it from sliding through?
This is great, but----I dont understand what you're using to actually "score" the glass. I never saw anywhere in the video where you show the metal bit that was placed in the hole.
As an Irishman I read the Vodka label " Tesco EVERYDAY Vodka " and I naturally assumed that this was the recommended dosage, Jayzuz it's great stuff but I can't grip the bottle cutter at all LOL ! Great video only kidding ( I actually drink Everyday whiskey )
Hi awesome , do you sell these and if so do you have a selling page please I don't have the tools to create this but I'm interested in purchasing one . Can the glass cutter be moved to a lower position ? Thank you , Miriam
While I appreciate your belt-and-suspenders approach with the screws+glue, you would almost certainly get by nicely with glue and maybe a couple screws each side of the cross-piece.
Wait ! You didn't use putty this time when you heated the scribe on the glass with hot water, so your not staying to the instructions of your first video on how to cut the bottle.
that was the most to the point video ever made... and fun to watch...
zero language barrier... GREAT TUTORIAL VIDEO
This might be the best design I have seen so far.
I love the compact form factor.
Thank You for this video!
100% agree

Thanks very much for your lesson.
I like it that you show your finish product at the very beginning of the video.
I wish I was as handy as that...you made it look so easy...brilliant!!
Very nice and straight to the point video!
Thank you for making and uploading the video.
Good video, but what was the last metal item which was cutting the glass?

Bien explicado, pero demasiados pasos, herramientas y tiempo.
Nicely done! You were smart to speed up the video...fun to watch !
Awesome jig, loved it's simplicity!
Great idea Sean and well put together!
Make me one..... That was too much to create.... Love it 🍷
Nice easy build! Wish I would have come across this vid before I built the one I made last week, which cost me as much in parts as one you can buy online.
Maravilhoso, amei , simples,fácil e eficiente...
BRILLIANT!
Great video. I did not understand what held the glass cutter in place though. I understand the hole for adjusting up and down, but what keeps it from sliding through?
+Mea Foodie
The hole is slightly smaller than the glass cutter and
gripping the bottle cutter in the vice locks the glass cutter in place
Excellent!
Good job PM Im working on a water feature using wine bottles and this will be very handy cheers
***** cool I would love to see other people make this and repost it on youtube
woooowwwww eres un MASTER ¡¡
Parabéns pelo seu trabalho Sean Beardon!! Excelente vídeo!!
A great craft man
Works great!
This is brilliant - and love the 'Everyday' Vodka lol
Hi
very good , gonna try this myself , thanks
Nice video.. How brittle is the glass after you cut the bottle. Would the bottom section be as strong as a regular drinking glass for example?
4:20 you put 20 screws haha with three was more than enough. The glue grips the screw very well just to keep it from moving. Cheers
Excellent! Thanks!
Nice video
Fantastic vid
have you thought about using a hot wire (foam cutter ) to heat the score in the glass
+William Castleberry nice idea, I may try that in the future
Thanks for sharing video.
This is great, but----I dont understand what you're using to actually "score" the glass. I never saw anywhere in the video where you show the metal bit that was placed in the hole.
wendybird h Its just a standard glass cutter you would get from a hardware store
projectmayhemUK Thanks. Good to know!
Very helpful! I will try this later.
Good video!!
Good job! :)
Pretty cool stuff, thanks!!!
Very nice video

Phil Bebbington recommended dosage? I never though of it that way, very funny
Sand it and make a polish varnish your nice bottle cutter.
How to make your cutting table...can u share video
Good idea.
So cool Thanks!
best bottle cutter design in the tube. Tesco´s vodka is poison, mate, I hope you got it for the guests!!
Thank you for your comment you are so modest ps your not wrong I had a fuzzy head after I polished off that bottle
What did you use to score the glass?
I am interested in your work desk model.
Can you tell me about the design form? ...
Thank you for your lovely comments

You are like a human Saw Zall. ! ! ! :-)
Harold Westrich You should see me cut a hedge
Interesting stuff. Subscribed!
Hi
Creative! :)
how did you install the glass cutter
it just slots into the holes and when it is in the vice that holds it tight
a little overkill with the screws dontcha think?
I would love to get more info on the "BottleBot", how, where, when,?

it's s very convoluted way of cutting a bottle. watch other RUclips vids and make your life easier !

Nice, Thanks!

that’s what I think
Ill be using oak.... For longevity
I’ll try make one thx
class ideas.
Some nice technics but you can find better projects ☺️
Did you use acid to heat the bottle..Which?
hot water
Groovy

Buen video, podria hacer tutorial en español ?
great
thanks sir
Genio
Good, but the water is gone.
Nice bottle. Tesco vodka. ;)
Very good sir. i'm going to have ago my self.
Criativo
Genial!!! Thank you :o)))
What a waste of good drinking water
brill
Wait ! You didn't use putty this time when you heated the scribe on the glass with hot water, so your not staying to the
instructions of your first video on how to cut the bottle.
+Robert R I only need to use putty on a bottle with thick glass or the
crack will go of the score line, not needed on thin glass bottles
Why do you want to cut bottles up? I honestly don't get this.
Don't waste the wather! Please!!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
