chef , ur bottle cleaning tip using eggshells really worked !! I have a big bottle which got blackened from inside . I tried many thing but could not remove those black stains and that egg shell technique just worked like magic 😀

wow Chef i am pretty sure you and may subscribers know this already but I have one method which works usually (for Boiling) is If a egg is stored in fridge I just put it in water when I am starting the gas for boiling water, if egg is stored outside of fridge I do it once water boils just as you showed. The funda that works for me after this is usually 3 mins on full flame after eggs start to jump in water. Then turn off the gas and keep it half covered for 15 mins. after that pore normal room cold water and this usually gives me the result of soft well cooked egg.
