Hi Jeremy. I hope you and Boomer are fit and well. This was an incredible video. I have always loved camping since I was a child and stormy weather has always been a favourite of mine. I used to sit around in stormy weather wrapped up dry and warm listening to the wind howling and the rain rattling the leaves in the trees. I am now 72 and miss those days. Keep the videos coming my friend and I look forward to the next one.
This is an absolutely beautiful video. I love camping during rough weather and the tent looked so comfortable and cozy! And let's not forget to mention how sweet Boomer actually is! A word of warning though, camping during a storm and especially so close to the sea can be dangerous, if you are ill prepared or don't know what you are doing. The camping spot is not chosen randomly. It's several feet higher than the shoreline and has big rock formations right in front of it, so that the waves can crash on to them. Also the truck is placed against the wind with the tent behind it. Nonetheless drone footage shows that big waves can reach higher elevation and also there is always a chance of a dangerous swell coming your way during a wind storm!

I see you picked up one of those lightweight tables. I've used one for a couple of years now and they are great. Not just for camping but for other outdoor activities I do. Best $30 I ever spent. BTW, Fiona should be a Cat 2 or 3 by the time it lands in Cape Breton overnight. Take care if you really are going to try camping in that weather. You might find yourself getting "blown out" to sea.. OMG.

That was a great trip, that was a good rig, with that rig you had room to be inside out of the rain to eat, relax. I am surprised with Boomer, he loves camping, exploring, he was wanting to go exploring from the beginning of the video when you were putting up the tent, he was getting frisky. I love your videos, I have always loved exploring, tenting out, I love the woods for camping, like you I enjoy the weather, I realize I am not sugar I won't melt. I never stay inside because of the weather, I love to experience it, it is enjoyable when you do. Thanks for sharing your amazing adventures, gives me a feeling of freedom watching them !!!.

Boomer is frightened and very cold. If those waves had pulled him in, you would never have been able to save him. I know, my mawmaw persona has come out. Also, the wind and wet was coming in under the ground tent part and Boomer was hit by the wind and wet, there, as well. I'm glad all went well.
