Thank you for making this video. I want to print everything in one sheet but the timescale is taking up more than half of the page. How can I modify the timescale to be smaller and the columns to be wider?

Go to Page Setup then under "Scaling", choose the last option which is "fit timescale to" and make it 1 page.

Yes, you can save a layout.
