GTN spray protocol

Morning everyone. I hope everyone is well and staying safe.
Today's post is an informational video on how to correctly use a GTN spray.
GTN spray is typically used for angina and is characterised as chest pain, among other symptoms
I've seen people in the past where they have been given a GTN spray by a GP but not been told how to use it correctly.
