Thanks man but I'm pretty sure it hasn't..lol.. the lexan needs to be shaped to the contour of the housing. I just didn't get it hot enough to keep it shape, but ill attack that job when time for install.
This is by far the one of the coolest channels ive ever fallowed. You have mad talent man. Dont stop doing what your doing.
@Monster squash Racing thanks for the comment. I try to put my hands in everything that deals with cars and being creative.. anyone can buy a kit and put it together nice.. but how many ppl can build from scratch. Might take longer. But hey it will be one of a kind. And its youtube, a place to learn and entertain. 💯🤙🏽👍🏽

@MP 9 go for it, it just takes a lil R&D.

More to come will be back in motion soon enough
Bro these are heat 🔥🔥😭
🙏
Cool bro🔥💪
Thanks
Killer mate, nice one!
@matt jones thanks man how's your project going?
Damn it I have so many things going on with my xj. I don't need to be adding a tail light project. Why is tail light 2 words and headlight 1.
I used shoo goo when doing the head and tail lights on my xb. Cheap, clear, and nasty strong
Ha! made headlight 2 words
Lol sorry to hear about your xj. But this project is for the custom front bumper I made for my wj.. which I'm looking at it as just a shell to work on.
What an awesome video! Keep it up
Thanks man will do 🤙🏽
super relaxing video man. Awesome build!
@Astragu thanks for the comment 👍, very glade you enjoyed it.
Wow thanks for sharing , how many hours took this project?
@Leonel Garcia it took me about two days to complete. A day to print the parts and a day to assemble.
@@TheInkhousecustoms thanks for your answer
Do you have a section where you list everything you use in the video to make these??
No I don't have a listing but I'll create one. Links will be in description.
My man! Awesome work. What kind of 3D printer do you use? Can you recommend a budget printer for a beginner?
@Fukc Google thanks man for the comment, but I only give advice to subscribers..
Lol JK 😆 the printer used in the videos and is my work horse, it was sold as a prusa i3. But I would recommend a Creality 3D CR-10s, it has a nice size print bed for a decent size prints.

Thank you sir, you have a new sub 👍
did ya 3D scan the housing of an OEM part? Cool stuff my dude! I also used the same LED light silicone tube you have on a custom headlights, but the lights started going bad on me 2 years later. The LEDS inside of them are also not standard size (much narrower) so ya kinda have to buy another set to replace 'em. Also what material was the white part? It makes a nice diffuser
@Roland the housing was a custom part.. I photo scanned the cavity that was created on my bumper build, then used the scan to define the shape. And I figured the led strip will go out later on down the road, seeing the not everything lasts forever, but thats fine. The best part of building things is that you can do it again and again if needed. Thanks for the interest and comment, I appreciate it 🤙🤘
Do you have pics/video of these installed on your car? They came out great man, keep it up
@kartoontats317 ride is still work in progress
lack of quality from start to finish
I would like to see something you've made from scratch.. thanks
