    I find these videos to be so valuable for helping me train clients especially when you give cues and explanations, like why you stand the way you stand when doing bicep curls. As a member of the Mind Pump Elite Trainer Course I really feel like you guys are giving me everything I need to become a better coach/personal trainer.

    Adam's instructions have helped me improve form and muscle recruitment. I'm blown away by the difference in how each exercise feels by applying Adam's coaching. Incredible. I should be paying him.

    Adam I am a huge fan of this video series and so grateful that Kion and LMNT sponsored it so we as fans can see it. I recently had a bulging disc in between my L3/L4 and just started getting back into lifting so have been using your videos as guideline to get back into it and have been following MAPS15 feel so great again so thank you for words of wisdom and transparency.

    Adam talked about the split stance while doing curls on a podcast about a month ago and I started doing it. It definitely works and helps to keep the ego in check.

    I really like that you tell people how much weight your lifting.. alot of influencers never say hey I started at 135 for a.set and did.3.at 185... probably gonna.pay for that lol... I appreciate the real world strategy that your using. Also your hormones are your business and you definitely don't have to share that private info. However I'm really glad you did. Made me feel ok having 660 test while.being on trt

    Great advice on the deadlift (hip thrust rather than using the arms). Made a difference in my workout today.

    Haters gonna hate. I like how honest you are about everything you are taking, and what you did in the past with testosterone. I feel a parallel with that, but with my thyroid. Being a dancer, it was all about cardio and cutting calories down, even more so than in regular female diet culture, and I totally trashed my metabolism. My thyroid numbers were considered high normal, but when I became pregnant I was suddenly outside the safe range for pregnancy. I had to go on thyroxine, started with a low dose but had to go up to about 125mcg while pregnant. I had a miscarriage with that pregnancy, but my doctor luckily was smart enough to not take me off the thyroxine as she knew that I'd likely be pregnant again soon. The next cycle I was pregnant again, and now our son is 2.5years old. I thought that when my son was born that I would be taken off the thyroxine, but my numbers actually got more unstable in the newborn phase, and we had to increase the dose to 175mcg. I definitely think the sleep deprivation messed with my body further. I have been on a stable dose since then.
    There is no hard evidence to back this up, but I really think my exercise and diet habits in my 20s set me up for these thyroid issues. I have been following you guys for the last few years, listening to the podcast during the long night's up with our son when he was a newborn. I think I have really helped my metabolism a lot following your advice, and although will never not be on the medication, my goals are attainable without eating less food than my toddler. Can't thank you guys enough, and cheering you on Adam with this journey!

    If you did a longer workout than Maps 15 would it be 1.5 or 2hrs due to mobility you do in the beginning?

    Man, every Wednesday when I deadlift….I typically add 2.5 lbs a side to it…..same with most lifts 💪🏼

    Question. Following Maps strong and on phase 1 which calls for snatch grip deadlift. Is there a strength building specific advantage to snatch grip vs conventional deadlifts?

      Snatch grip increases the range of motion, since you have a lower starting point. It also recruits more muscles in the back. Also, it provides a novel stimulus if it’s an exercise you never do. Yes there is definitely strength benefits- just very humbling when it comes to starting with a lower weight

    It would be great for you to put all your workouts together and release it, maybe not a full MAPS program but just as a variation, a lot of us are following this and we can write it all down as you're doing it but it would be helpful if every 2 weeks or 30 days you offer it up...Muscle Daddy? lol
