I get neck pain when I sleep weird too , it’s off and on from my TMJ ! The TMJ causes neck , shoulder pain plus like a headache ( no fun )! I have found PT helped me a lot , stretching my neck every day , ice ice ice , heat , and things like icy hot ! The sleeping is a challenge there are pillows I yet have to try ! I know not grinding my teeth at night helps so much but I hate wearing my mouth guard !
Also not looking at my phone helps , plus sitting at the desk makes it worse

I would be very careful with the tennis bracelet clasp! I had a very similar ombré tennis bracelet , with the same clasp, and the clasp got lose and very bad, eventually the bracelet slipped off and I didn’t notice :(

If that’s out of your price range. You can go into your local jewelry store and get one similar or get it custom made. I got my 14k gold chain earrings made and it was about $400.

Hi maggie! I love your videos and have been watching you for years. Although I love seeing all your hauls it hurts to see how wasteful many items/ packaging are. In addition to shopping at local businesses and the farmers market (which is wonderful), I hope you can do other small things to reduce your carbon footprint. just saying this out of love for our planet
