I feel like the “desk area” that’s the entrance to the master would be the perfect space for doing makeup because you have a window that has natural light coming in or you could use it as an entryway area for displaying photos and stuff!

I think when you walk in that’s actually a seating area/ slash formal living room and the area near the kitchen is where the “dining” area is … u can put a round dining table there … the finished basement would be your tv entertainment room you can have a bar there ☺️ the rooms are pretty self explanatory

Swap where you are planning to put your air fryer oven with where you have your espresso machine. My kitchen layout is just like yours and I put all my mugs, tea, coffee, etc above the espresso machine ( where you have your supps and tea) and it’s closer to the garbage to dump the used grounds. It just makes that whole left side of the sink the coffee area!

My vote for the open random space in the kitchen is to get a long buffet style storage that you can have extra storage space from, but have the top for a coffee bar and then you could still fit a couple small chairs in that area for coffee!
