My wife walked down the aisle to this. This was the only tune that could properly welcome her into marriage. Absolutely brilliant.
Same with my wedding
What a dramatic entrance as if announcing to you and the world, "Here I am!"
What a choice!
Congratulations on a fine choice!
And people like "contemporary Christian music "? No. This is what is played in heaven thank you!
One of the finest organists the world has ever seen! A real interpretive performance full of feeling!
The brilliance of the sound; perfectly tuned.
His performance was mesmerizing.
The organ is bright lively and full of power. The performance has commitment, authority and weight!!! Awesome really.
Magnificent! How I would have loved to be sitting in that Cathedral hearing it live!
I want my daughter to put on a wedding gown and walk down the aisle to this song on her father’s arm-even though she’s not engaged to anyone yet lol. It’s just so I can witness the majesty of that moment with this music and cry my eyes out lol! 😭
Dude…best version I have ever heard. Fuck yes!!
Ummm... Dude ... This is a Intellectual Classical Songs Enjoyers Forum , please throw that ''f' word always...
Simply wonderful hearing that large French mass of an instrument blast out of my speakers. (At full volume of course!)
A fantastic piece and I really think that it suits this instrument perfectly. Needless to say, the performance is wonderful.
Agreed. The organ and the acoustics in the room, as well as Jonathan's virtuoso playing made this rendition of the Grand Choeur Dialogue just magnificent! Gave me goosebumps!
Best interpret in the world. Not fast but not slowly.
Now *that* is a very fitting organ!
I am just overawed by the supreme talent of these two charming brothers. And I am addicted to their music making!
Such a grand piece and brilliantly played by Jonathan. Stunning!
i dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a trick to get back into an instagram account??
I somehow lost the password. I love any help you can offer me.
@Kane Henry Instablaster :)
@Leonidas Korbyn Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now.
Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Leonidas Korbyn It worked and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much you saved my account :D
@Kane Henry Happy to help =)
Alexander Beary Gavalas. Very inspired by your magnificent performances. I am now retired Liturgical church organist and educator. I purchased several of your excellent transcriptions. It is great that young gifted musicians like yourself are setting an example for others to follow. God bless the Scott brothers Duo.
I would like it more than once if I could - played perfectly.
What a treat for the eye and ear in this winter lockdown!
i cannot find my jaw anymore. It dropped and I will remain like this forever, after this rendition. Absolutely mesmerising
It's like my soul is being sucked out of me
The solemnity of this performance he play with exquisite skill is irreplaceable , and far superior splendor

Wow this is fantastic. One of my favourite pieces. Probably the best interpretation I have ever heard.
Thank you so much for uploading this piece.
Fabulous in every respect---thank you so much. Magnificent !
Grand indeed!
Wonderful! A piece of 140 years (1881) of creation this year... Merci pour ce cadeau!
140 years ... must be time for a revised version.
Toujours un grand plaisir de retrouver Jonathan et l'orgue d'Evreux ! Merci Jonathan et Bravo !!
BRAVISSIMO!!!!!!!
OMG... such grandeur. Thanks 🙏 so much
the "like button" isn't near enough! Beautiful organ, beautiful venue, beautiful performance, and top-notch video and audio recording.
I love the juxtaposition of the modern organ in the grandeur of a Gothic cathedral. The acoustics are perfect,. and the interpretation of the piece by Jonathan is, as always, spot on!
Good tempo for the space.
Thank you.
A majestic and intricate piece that I can imagine being played as a bride walks down a very long church aisle. I have never heard it used for that purpose, but that's what it made me think of. Thank you so much for playing this exquisite piece so intuitively and with such musical elegance.
Watch the 2012 Luxembourg royal wedding walking down the aisle!
@@nikreg27 Have just watched the wedding; thank you so much for letting me know about it. I knew there had to be a bride, somewhere, who had walked down the aisle to this Gigout. I only wish more brides would choose this same piece.
I chose this as the final piece in my recessional. 👌 Such a massive piece.
Wunderschön, dieser Klang der Orgel und das Spiel des Organisten. Die Orgel, ein Wunderwerk des Menschen.
I'm from Évreux it's incredible !
Stunning indeed
Jonathan, once again, you have chosen a piece which truly shows the glorious colours of the instrument which you played so Utterly Magnificently!! You are the Best!!
Excellent from every point of view. May it honor Evreux's wonderful former bishop, Jacques Guyot
¡¡¡¡MAGNÍFICO Y CELESTIAL!!!!!!!!! Bravíssimo Jonathan!!!!!!!!!
...definitely the best interpretation of this work.
Best version I've ever heard on RUclips! 😊
I'm always wondering what a fast and efficient learner you must be to develop yourself in new pieces so quickly that you upload new transcriptions basically every week. In absolutely stunning execution. Congratulations and keep on.
Awesome great work
it is not a transcription
If you know how to read music properly and play an instrument properly, then you can just do it any time, on spot with little to no practice, just like reading a book.
@@Organintetnational Not true. For some, yes. For many of us, no. I'm a conservatory trained organist, can read music since before I could English, I think. I have to practice my butt off, for many, many hours before it all comes together. And I know many musicians, on all types of instruments, like this. There are prodigies out there of course, who can play byhear, sight read almost anything, but they are the exception, not the norm. That begin said, Mr. Scott here is an exception!
This work was written for the organ.
It will be very, very hard to match the contribution of the Scottsbrothersduo to organ music and to the history of the instrument itself. A most brilliant work!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Fantastic!
I've listened to this many times now and that last chord gives me goosebumps every time. Magnificent!
Love the stately tempo!
A gorgeous organ, magnificent cathedral, and wonderful playing!
Grandiose !
Incredible!!!!!
A perfect performance highlighting this amazing instrument. Grand in every sense!! 👏👏👏👏👏 Bravo!! Merci! 🎹🎶

Brilliant in every way!
Absolutely Outstanding and flawless in every way. An absolute cold shower for my heart and mind 🙏🏻
WOW!!! That was magnificent. I so enjoyed listening to it and so enjoyed the Church and pictures of the organ pipes. Looks like such a wonderful Church with fantastic acoustics for this piece of music.
fantastic music on this grandios organ
A beautiful Cathedral with a magnificent organ. A wonderful piece which you play with such ease. Bravo Jonathan. Thank you for sharing - and to Tom for the filming - it’s lovely to see the building and also Jonathan playing. God bless you both.

WOW Splendid organ, magnificent performance. Greeting from Spain. ⚘

Glorious performance on quite an exciting modern French built organ; kudos for Tom in superb photography. Truly, these brothers are indeed a dynamic duo!!
I love all your transcriptions, but it's really nice to hear you performing the organ repertoire as well.
Brilliant, just brilliant!
One of my favorite pieces. Thank you so much!

Nice organ for this piece, thanks.
Superbe sonorité même pour une pièce connue et beau travail du facteur d'orgue Quoirin et ses réalisations en Suisse.Merci Mr. Scott

Wonderful playing. Many thanks, Jonathan and Tom. 👍❤️
Un instrument exceptionnel ! Les sonorités sont célestes et très intéressantes. Brillante interprétation !
Awesome!!! Bravo Maestro!!!
Outstanding performance and outstanding recording quality. Thank you! A keeper for sure.
Great music and fantastic playing !
Wow! What more can you say?
Fantastic new organ and a fantastic performance of a great piece.
Oh my...
Fantastic piece played on just the sort of organ it was written for. Great sound - despite a straight pedal-board to cope with!
This is without doubt a brilliant performance. You bring such enjoyment to us all. Played with such feeling and expression and it is a beautifully shot on video. I wonder what you had linked together to get such an incredible sound out of this organ. I can see Choir to Swell but the rest leaves me in confusion. Keep well and safe. James. Manchester U.K.
Bravisssimo!!!
Fantástico!!! Bravo!!!!
This was played for the entrance in my first mass...
Awsome 👍💕
Bravissimo!
I am planning to have this played as the Postlude at my funeral (hopefully still a few years down the path).
Awwww those reeds! The dogs bollocks! 😁
